I got mine I. Aug. , I wanted to wait on doing a review so I would have time to really use it and see how it went, well I’m very happy with it. I read reviews before I bought it, most were good, a few I Thought I’d take a chance to see for myself. And so far I have not had any issues with the battery coming loose or stopping. I’ve taken it on many trips now. I’m really impressed. Updated: My initial review was submitted prior to reaching out to customer service. Customer service was fast to respond with suggestions to fix my problem. In the end, it was operator error. The directions they provided fixed my problem and the scooter is now operating properly. Initial review: Used this scooter one time and then it sat for a few months. Only need during long walks/sporting events. Went to use again this past weekend and the scooter will work for about 30 seconds and then abruptly stop and start beeping. Battery is fully charged. HELP! ... show more

Boy did I get my independence back with my new scooter. This is reasonably priced easy to put together. However needs better instruction on how to get it to work . I had to go online to watch video that told me I had to release back brake to get it to drive the first time also it’s lid to ground so I recommend rubber mat ( they sell them here on Amazon too)for getting over curb bump otherwise it bottoms. Out and then you have to fix it. I have visual and mobility disabilities so this is a proble for me when it bottoms out ... show more
