This scooter is a blessing for me.I have nerve damage in my hip and bursitis. I use a cane to walk. I had gotten so tired of not finding a motorized cart at stores and missing out on "walking" around campgrounds with hubby. Now I don't have to worry. The tracking system said that it was going to be delivered on Monday the 13th and I canceled a Dr appointment and it never showed up. Then it was delivered on Tuesday the 14th. Not happy about that. That being said it arrived damaged free and not a single scratch.

If you depend on either a wheelchair or a scooter this is not good for use. I have had it for about 3-4 months it looks like I have had it for about 3-4 years.

I got mine I. Aug. , I wanted to wait on doing a review so I would have time to really use it and see how it went, well I’m very happy with it. I read reviews before I bought it, most were good, a few I Thought I’d take a chance to see for myself. And so far I have not had any issues with the battery coming loose or stopping. I’ve taken it on many trips now. I’m really impressed. It’s got great traction going on the hill to trips to the store. very cute, when my dog gets tired, he loves the basket, lol my only thing is, I wish it went faster.. 😊 ... show more

Seat is comfortable, performance is good, equivalent to an $1800-$2000 scooter (which I also have. Mt only reason for downgrading is my 2 batteries developed a problem after 9 months and were warrantied for only 6. Cost me $130 to replace, I use the scooter every day. I use a tri-wheel folding scooter for travels the seat has to be removed on this one for travel and it is too bulky for cruises or travel.
