The tracking system said that it was going to be delivered on Monday the 13th and I canceled a Dr appointment and it never showed up. Then it was delivered on Tuesday the 14th. Not happy about that. That being said it arrived damaged free and not a single scratch.

Have had this scooter for over one month now and I am impressed with the range/battery life. Recently we spent a day at Disney World Magic Kingdom cruising all day and then two other shopping trips and the battery only went down to 3/4 full. Would definitely recommend. Seat is comfortable, performance is good, equivalent to an $1800-$2000 scooter (which I also have. Mt only reason for downgrading is my 2 batteries developed a problem after 9 months and were warrantied for only 6. Cost me $130 to replace, I use the scooter every day. I use a tri-wheel folding scooter for travels the seat has to be removed on this one for travel and it is too bulky for cruises or travel.
