The first time I wore this brace I was surprised by how well it stayed in place, it didn't move or slide down at all, which is something that I've experienced with most of the other ones that I've owned. I appreciate how much support this brace offers, especially on the sides. Comfort wise, this is a very comfortable knee sleeve that doesn't irritate when worn all day, even in the heat. I am glad I tried this brace. I have a hip issue on one side related to an accident from a decade ago, and the problems have worked themselves down the leg over time. I have shifty bones throughout the leg from overcompensating from pain. It has made the knee a bit unstable. This brace works very well for my situation. I like that it is longer and extends lower on the shin and higher above the knee. I am a 5'6" female average build, not muscular like an athlete. I purchased a large. I wear the brace alone and use the velcro straps when I need more support. It fits well and doesn't shift. The long leg sleeve was loose and serves no purpose for me. It would fit better if it were a smaller size, but then the brace would be too big. Hope this helps. ... show more

This is by far the best knee brace I have tried so far. I have chronic knee issues, and I am always on the lookout for good knee braces. My brother even borrowed this after a knee injury from skating, and he said it helped tremendously for his knee. He even asks to borrow it sometimes when he goes out skating because it helps to stabilize his knee and also provides good protection. I love the gel pad that is in the knee cap part of it because it adds great cushion. The wraps work perfect, and it make it easy for this to be applied under or over a pair of pants. ... show more

This is a nice knee support but it doesn’t line up right. The knee pad bubble shifts inward instead of being centered. The side supports do the same thing. It’s not comfortable in that aspect. I do not feel much support to my knee, the knee bubble thing shifts around when I walk. I measured to be sure this was the correct size and it feels too large. I got this for my father as has he was having knee pain. It’s been helping him so far. He was impressed by the quality and asked me to order another one. The gel padding circle feels good. It also comes with compression sleeve which was really nice of them to include. Compression sleeve could be worn alone or with the the knee pad.
