This weight training set is incredible! I have been in need of a weight training set, for YEARS! I love how this set is adjustable! I have been working out with my old 10lb weights for some years now. I have been wanting to lift 15lbs weights (each arm) for some time! The red and black design is nice. This set also comes with a very helpful set of instructions, which I found very useful! Since you are able to combine the bars and weights together...and make different types of weight lifting equipment, it is imperative that helpful instructions are included. Believe it or not, the instructions were rather easy to follow. I found it easy to combine the different weights onto the bars. I am now able to get a more effective workout, in the privacy of my own home. I am just ecstatic as to how many different exercises that this weight training set can do! You can even use the "kettlebell" handles to do your push ups! My only concern would be the ease of storage. As you can see from my photos, these weights do take up quite a bit of space. If you live in a small space, this could pose a problem. In any event, I have no excuse now, to not want to get into shape . This adjustment and versatile weight training set makes lifting weights fun and more challenging. I am just so thankful that I was able to get such a wonderful weight training set! I got this set for my 11 year old who showed an interest in working out and they've been great for him. Super easy to assemble and reload and unload weight and easy to store as well I cannot recommend this set enough.

    • Nice adjustable weight set offering a multitude of options

The weight set is great in every sense of the word. The ability to actually increase weights for specific exercises with the kettlebell or dumbbell is exactly what I wanted to be able to do at home. The ability of changing weights to do different things, or use on the push up/kettlebell handles, makes me extremely happy because I have taken a longer than normal break from the gym, so working up from 3lbs to 4lbs and then to 5lbs is wonderful. The set has nice handles, and a bit of foam on it for comfort. The weights themselves are a plastic type of material, and I thought they could split if dropped accidentally, so I added a bit of marine foam flooring material just in case. While I really like the ability to change around the configurations, I never realized that it also is pretty space saving compared to having individual dumbbell sets for 5lbs, 10lbs, 15lbs, etc., which is fantastic for storing away when not in use.     • Awesome weight set
I wanted to get back into weight training and don’t have the money for a pricey gym membership or the time to drive there. This set seemed like the best place to start. When I first received the set, two of the weights were leaking whatever substance they are filled with. I contacted customer service that day and received a response shortly thereafter. They sent me a replacement set within a few days. The weights are easy to assemble and use. I got the 20 lb set, but it still gives me the experience that works for my current skillset. I love the single bar with the padding—it’s comfortable for squats. I like the kettlebell adapter; I don’t use the push up bars. This set is made of quality, heavy plastic and has held up over the last month. It’s an excellent value for the money if you’re looking for beginning or a lower weight set.     • A little pricey but lots of variation

I had a similar set of these type of filled weights and bars that could make a set of dumbbells as well as a full bar. But they were 65 pounds total weight for a few dollars more than this 20 pound set. The only thing they lacked wast the Kettle ball pole and handles, so for the price those parts shouldn't negate a heavier selection of weight. That being my biggest gripe, I liked the selection of parts, adaptability, and the fact that they fit all my other 1" bars giving me some smaller increments to increase my current loads. I also liked the padded center bar as it was a lot more comfortable than the one in my other set and I can use some of my heavier plates with ease for squats. The only negative I found was the rubber bands holding the big pad on were mis-aligned and covered in white powder which needed to be scrubbed off and the bands re-positioned to allow the pad to be truly centered on the middle pole.
