These work great! The gnats are stuck for good, and because they are black, you don't see the dead bugs unless you are up close. They don't work overnight, but after a few days, I definitely noticed a lack of gnats. I will definitely purchase more in the future!

I was apprehensive because of some of the reviews but they are super effective for gnats. The first I had them out not much happened but two days later? They were full with gnats stuck to them. I am hoping they also work for mosquitoes in the summer.

I thought I had fruit flies, but I realized that I was being bombarded when I was next to my plants. These are really sticky and they really work. After one day, I literally had to replace one of the stickers because it was full of gnats. Now they are gone.

I received these and they are ready for use right away. I have used these house plant gnat traps in yellow and they have worked very well for all my house plants. I have a variety of house plants that range from christmas cactus to large broad leaf plants. I needed them because a lot of my plants soil was getting a white fuzzy fungus that is related to these gnats and over watering (although I have not had a problem with over watering before). They fit right into the soil and you can see gnats stuck in them within a week. I do replace them about every other week. I am trying the black ones to see if they work the same way as the yellow ones. If you are having problems with your soil or see these critters, try these. ... show more

They are very sticky so you have to be careful when pushing them down in the dirt. I found it easier to stick it in the dirt first and then carefully remove the white peel to reveal the sticky side. These are perfect for getting rid of those pesky little fungus bugs. Worth the money and so easy to use. They are perfect for medium or large plants.
