Nice to have a large quantity of NeedleThreaders as I am always loosing them or lending them and not getting them back. I use them for needepoint threads and have several in each project bag. With a lot of pulling, they won't last forever, but that's OK if I have a back-up stash of them! These have a plastic top pieces and seem stronger than the flimsy ones with a thin metal sheet at the top. ... show more

    • Really make threading a needle much easier for my old man eyes
OK I’m getting old man eyes, and these worked perfectly for threading a needle after I figured out what I was doing. The trick is to insert the threader through the eye of the needle and then run your thread through the threader and pull the threader back out through the eye. Shazam!

this threader has been quite helpful in rigging a model ship's standing rigging. Well constructed - wire has not pulled out of handle and works down to .3 mm thread. Probably not effective for smaller holes.
