did not come with the correct amount but its not a big deal since i was only down one. The needle threaders are kinda long and the metal part is a bronze color so slightly easier to see and use. Good quality and easy to use threaders much better than the all metal ones

    • Works just fine, but no yellow
These threaders are much better than the ones with paper-thin aluminum heads that usually come with sewing kits. The plastic heads are stronger and easier to pick up and grasp, and they even have a little indent for your thumb so you can hold them securely. I've used them for threading both hand needles and machine needles. (For a sewing machine needle, you have to insert the wire loop from behind the needle, which feels a little clumsy at first, but you'll get the hang of it after a couple of tries.) Of course the threaders are intended for regular sewing thread and don't work well with embroidery floss or other thick/heavy threads. And of course the wire loop is flimsy, but that's the nature of the product. Sturdier wire would be too thick to fit through the eyes of most needles. With a pack of 30 threaders, when the wire loop gets too bent to use, you can just throw the threader away and get another one. However, I've ordered these twice and neither pack had a single yellow threader. They only had red, blue, and green, and not an even assortment of those. Is the lack of yellow threaders a catastrophe? No. But if you have some particular reason for wanting four colors of threaders, or an even assortment of colors, you might want to look elsewhere. ... show more

These are for threading needles for hand sewing. As I’m older and eyes even with glasses don’t work well, these needle threaders work beautifully! Extremely easy to use and more durable than others I’ve used, these threaders work so well and so effortlessly! Very inexpensive and work so well.     • Flimsy, but have their uses
There's a reason you need 30 of these. I find the wire in these extremely flimsy, and not tightly anchored in the plastic gourds. That said, when needle eyes are extremely small, nothing else seems to work, so they have their place. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.
