While this item appears to be a great deal and identical to the "name brand" I would avoid for several reasons. First, there is virtually no seat padding. Second, the chair makes an ear splitting chirp when you insert the key and also repeatedly beeps at around 100 decibels when going in reverse. I took apart the control panel and removed the speaker, thinking now it would be fine. Unfortunately, when my son used it today, he discovered that the ground clearance between the bottom of the rear wheel and the frame is a disappointing 1.5 inches!! He high centered on sidewalk cracks. This may work ok as an indoor only chair, but was a complete waste of money for traveling. ... show more

I purchased this scooter to tool around when we go camping. Some campgrounds don't allow golf carts and I have a bad hip so I can't walk for long distances. It has a great battery life. The seat is nice but I did add a cushion for a little more comfort. 😉

This was my wife's birthday present so she could take her disabled best friend on a cruise. It was GREAT. The battery never even came close to running down, it maneuvered around airports and a cruise ship well. The airline managed to kind of crack the battery handle on the return trip but it still functions well. I wish it was lighter, but it'll fit in the back of a hatchback without breaking it completely down. (it'll break into four pieces if you're curious). I took the seat off, took the battery off, folded the tiller down and it fit perfectly into the back of our Chevrolet Bolt. Highly recommend as at the time it was the most bang for the buck. It gave my wife's friend a measure of independence on the cruiseship that was fantastic. Recommended. When we bought this, it didn't have any reviews and we were taking a chance. Again. This item was a 6 1/2 out of 10 I mean I knew were to expect not going namebrand. It was pretty decent. It works for what my mom needed but it doesn’t have the battery life of the main name brands or the power but still for a budget pretty decent buy.

This scooters comes with everything. Back up alert, halogen lights and horn. The new system that removes the key and utilizes a push is much better for those with hand issues. Thank you. My adult son is thrilled with his new wheels
