Cons. 1. If you buy this you better be good at installing it yourself and watch the video because they can be easy to damage during installation. And if you think you will go to Best Buy or a computer or phone store get ready to be told it's $35 - $65 bucks just to install it which is a total ripoff because that's almost half the price of a new tablet. Few stores will install it for you because they only install ones you buy from them and nobody has these in the store to buy because your tablet is a direct Amazon purchase. Fortunate for me I had a friend who used to own a cell phone store and did a jam up job of installing it FOR FREE. 2. They can discolor if used in bright full sun too frequently because they are plastic not glass. Don't leave it in a hot car which is just common sense for the protector and the hardware. And by the way even tempered glass ones have a layer of plastic bonded to the glass so either way there is plastic. Pros 3. They look and feel great. Almost impossible to see. Very good touch response. Easy to clean and comes with a cleaning cloth. 4. Somewhat hard to damage especially if you use a soft sise case like I do instead of a hard case. And harder to break\damage from dropping than glass ones which can shatter. By the time you use up a 3 pack of these your tablet will be obsolete. ... show more

I’ve purchased a couple different brands for different products and have had good and bad luck with them. This one that I bought for my Fire tablet is one of the better ones. Some of them will begin to become unadheared from the screen in just a few weeks. This one has been on since the day I received it and it’s still adhered to the screen perfectly! It’s a little tricky to get on without any dust or air bubbles but they are all like that! You have to take your time and make sure the screen is thoroughly cleaned , and be quick about installing it once you pull the backing off. The dust in the air will adhere to this thing fast! Had no problems with installation, instructions or bubbles; it was easy and went smoothly. However, the adhesion to the sides is very poor and unsatisfactory. Also there was no squeegee included.

I put this screen protector on my Fire HD 10.1 tablet. I cleaned off my screen and followed the directions just as it said however each time I had it aligned, somehow it would slip and not be aligned with the tablet so I would have to start over. It was not easy to take off the film. After three tries, I finally got it aligned but there were bubbles like crazy. The product did not come with the squeegee like it said so I had to use my debit card which scratched up my screen protector. It left one tiny little bubble which you cannot see when the tablet is turned on and you cannot see the scratches either. After I let the film on for awhile, I wiped the screen off again with alcohol, I could no longer see the scratches. It was difficult putting on but I got it. ... show more
