Description

This stove pipe kit is designed to work with stoves that have a 3" air intake system . IT WILL NOT WORK ON 2" SYSTEMS. The kit includes 10 feet of aluminum flexible tubing when fully stretched out. It includes mounting plates for inside and outside the home plus a moisture protector and screen. 2 locking bands are also included to allow for a secure and tight system. This kit will work on many stove brands including Harman and Enviro. A fresh air intake will allow a closer install of windows according to many manufacturers. Please check your owner's manual for details.

The metal used for the termination is heavy gauge material . The air supply pipe is of a hard flexible dryer vent type. As a professional chimney sweep, I recommend this product for it’s designed purpose.

Not a great design on the rain defector you are going to have to back the cauk truck up on it doesn't fit flush on it. Seems to be nice quality hosing and metal will have to see how it ages.

All was a 1,2,3 steps. easy to install. All parts were there,except the nuts and bolts or screws. Perfect otherwise. Oh a P.S. a second one came in, I didn't order but, was charge to my account.

In hindsight, should have looked at the reviews before ordering this but with the high stars it had, it didn't seem necessary. Like others have said, the hose clamps were too small and no hardware was included. Furthermore, the diameter of the outside plate was too small to fit the hose through (roughly 1/8"). The holes on the deflector don't seem to line up well with the thickness the outside part of the plate has to offer. I wouldn't have imagined needing to bring part of this into work with me to use the machines there in order to make them work for me at home. Look elsewhere for a better put together kit. ... show more

    • Looked good and sturdy but hose difficult to attach
The parts looked good and quite sturdy. But hose is very hard to slid onto vent unit. Biggest problem: the clamps included were wrong size. Too small. Had to buy new ones to finish installation. I would not say its easy to install. Will require drilling hole in wall which will require a 3 1/4" hole cutter. Plus extra cutting to widen an area to admit the clamp screw part. ... show more
