If you have an old school aerogarden at uses the florescent bulbs you can use these adapters to throw the old bulbs away and put some LED grow lights in it instead this is what I used them for they work great and they allow you to rotate the bulb itself so you can get the proper lighting angles

Just what I needed to update my old aero garden! Now able to use the multi spectrum led grow lights! They are wonderful! These lamp adapters were so easy to use. Just plug in and screw in bulb and it is set to go!

Worked very well. The old socket on my bath light/fan fixture was slightly different in the way the fluorescent tube locked in, but after a little bit of head-scratching I trimmed-down the adapter's locking tabs with an X-Acto knife. The adapter then installed easily, with enough friction on the sides of the socket to hold securely in place. Other than that, a perfect fit! Does a great job, and I'm happy to have an economical LED lighting up my bathroom, way better than the old fluorescent tube. ... show more

This adapter is just what I was looking for to replace the old fluorescent grow bulb for my indoor garden. Fluorescent plant grow bulbs were getting too expensive to replace and with this adapter I was able to replace the old fluorescent bulb with a regular socket which now has a less expensive LED bulb which lasts longer and cheaper to operate!
