Jeep showed up in two boxes. Was fairly easy to build. There was a piece broken during the shipping. I contacted the seller and they shipped out a new piece immediately. I received it in less than a week. Great customer service. Fun car with remote. Kids love it. Holds a charge for hours

I love this jeep power wheels and my son is obsessed! The batteries last 1 hour and 50 minutes before it starts lagging👍. It will crawl over slightly steep hills with decent traction👍. It will also cruise pretty fast, fast enough for my boy to hold on pretty tight, lol! 👍 I can't stress how important and smart it is to have a remote control to override the jeep to prevent any accidents👍. I like the songs that are on the file because they are perfect for your kids to hear, they are comical, and bad to the bone all at once👍. I only have one complaint however. The wheels pull to the right and when driving we have to constantly tap the left to keep it going straight. So it makes the ride a little bit beef Jerky if you know what I mean😬. I don't know why it's like that yet but I am a handy man so I will figure it out and let you know🦾. So for the money spent on this jeep was absolutely worth every penny, hands down the best toy I ever bought for my boy! I am a happy customer with high recommendation that if you are looking at this jeep, you want to buy it for your kids!!!!! ... show more

It is fairly easy to put together all you really need is a screwdriver and the tools they provide. However, there are cross wiring issues. Forward goes back and backward goes forwards, also the back light bar does not light up nor do the tires, although they are supposed to. For the cost that's kind of annoying. I've now had it over a year. The battery lasts a lot longer than expected. I did end up breaking the front axle, but that was mostly due to me not installing it correctly. I was able to get a replacement at no charge!

The media could not be loaded. Received the item and spent several hours assembling then waited 20 hours while it charged. When we tried the Jeep it runs backwards. The forward button send the Jeep backward and the back button sends it forward. Very dangerours for a child to operate. Since Amazon says that that is third party purchase I have now spent countless hours Trying to get a replacement for my grandsons birthday. They want me to send it back but the items comes in 2 boxes and once assembled it does not fit in either boxes. The Amazon person said for me to go to Publix’s and ask for a box. Well even If they give me a huge box it does not fit in my car. Buyer beware something that started out being a great purchase for a kid to enjoy is turned into a nightmare with a company that doesn’t care about its customers. ... show more
