I have a 24 × 52 above ground pool and I needed a vacuum to keep it clean. I got a robot vacuum first but I returned it because it kept getting stuck. I decided to try this because I didn't want a manual one that connected to hoses and have to keep up with all of that. This thing is awesome! You just charge it and put it under water and vacuum just like you would a regular house vacuum. It's so easy to use and it works great! Skeptical at first but this picks up the fines grains--using18 ft above ground salt system with cartridge filter. So much easier than traditional vacuuming--not a replacement for it but makes in between vacuums so much easier and saves time when doing full cleaning. Recommend highly

This little vacuum works well. I attach it to my long pole (not the one it comes with) to reach the deep end. The assembly is intuitive and simple. There was a lot of slimy debris (pool opening day), which coated the filter and reduced suction quickly. I had to rinse off the filter fairly regularly to restore suction. Battery lasted for me to finish the entire 20,000 gallon pool. I think the reduced suction problem will subside once the slimy debris is gone. It is worth the money to not have to deal with a bulky hose and backwashing the filter. ... show more

This vacuum is easy to use and works great! It has good suction and easily cleans the dirt from the bottom of my pool in all areas! I use it daily and the battery lasts a very long time between charges! I do use an extension pole for the deep end.
