My pool is 16x32. This was what it picked up after a windy storm. Not a great shot of the pool due to shadows but there were three large leaves left on the bottom. That’s all. Probably would be there if we were vacuuming the old way. I’m really happy with this! Cordless as I wanted. Couple minutes cleaning the basket and you’re done. It does have to be recharged after each use but we never vacuumed daily so not a problem. Wish I’d had it years ago ... show more

I recently got the WINNY POOL CLEANER (2024 Upgrade) Pool Vacuum, and I’m blown away by how amazing it is. If you’re thinking about upgrading your pool cleaner, this one’s definitely worth considering. This cleaner has two modes for cleaning: cross-path floor cleaning and a standard wall-climbing path. It uses advanced sensors and gyroscopes to map and navigate the pool, making it far more efficient. It handles the floors, walls, and even the waterline with ease. The comprehensive clean is quite impressive. The battery life is where it really takes the cake. After a full charge (about 3 hours), and it runs for up to 150 minutes! It has two brushes that work independently, giving it great coverage and precise control. This is more than enough time and power to tackle our entire in-ground pool. I no longer have to worry about it running out of juice mid-clean, which has been a common problem in the past. Cleaning the filter is super easy. Just open the front cover, pull out the filter basket, and rinse it with a garden hose. Just a quick rinse and it’s good to go again, which is very much appreciated. I also appreciate the design and technology of the WINNY Pool Cleaner. It combines sleek design with powerful suction and high-speed scrubbing. It optimizes its cleaning route, making sure it covers the walls and waterline thoroughly. The result is crystal clear water that’s a joy to swim in. The media could not be loaded. i would recommend this product. i chose this mostly because there was a good coupon for it so i thought i would try it. i recently took the responsibility of maintaining our swimming pool. the two monsters i had to tackle were chemical balance and cleaning. this product pretty much took care of the cleaning part of the duties (other than backwashing my filter). it was notably good for removing sand on the floor of my pool. in areas that were heavily soiled, the vacuum outlet would release a lot of cloudy water as expected. im not sure if this would be a realistic alternative to my DE filter but it would be nice if that were the case. i noticed that the suction power seems to be variable and not consistent. sometimes it will be very high power and other times it will be low suction. i wonder if this is because it is detecting the amount of soil to see how much suction is needed. disadvantages and concerns: -my pool has a lot of tight corners and random stairs+underwater seating. the robot does not perform too well with these guys and often just climbs up one stair while neglecting the rest of the stairs (see video). -when washing out the vacuum’s filter, replacing the filter into the device can be a little bit challenging. finding the right fit and place to click the filter back into the vacuum is like a guessing game. -the app is not perfect either: job history is not loading in the app and the expert mode is not explained in great details for users. -when this charges, the wall adapter can get very hot which is not a worrying concern for me personally. =overall i would recommend this to each and every pool owner.     • Fantastic Pool Cleaner, Got Everything But 1 Leaf!
This pool cleaner is awesome, we have a rectangular pool but it has some features that have made so many pool robots in the past fail. Our pool has 4 steps going down into the pool that go across the entire pool so it's not just a single section, it also has a deep end but that deep end starts 3ft after the stairs and drops at a decent pitch. After putting it into the water and allowing it to start running, I noticed it was headed for the stairs and thought oh no, here we go. It climbed the stairs and then appeared to get trapped trying to go up the last stair (which isn't completely submerged). It sat there struggling / cleaning the wall of the stair for a bit and then to my surprise, realized it was stuck and shot itself off of the stair and back into the pool to resume cleaning. Ok Winny... you won this round. Now, I figured that's awesome hopefully it'll keep doing that but I had my doubts. I continued doing the work out in my back yard and time and time again, it did this until it completed cleaning the entire pool. At this point I looked over the pool and it left a single leaf that is basically stuck in a corner of a vinyl pool, so yeah, ok completely understandable. However, it picked up all of the dirt, some salt which has never dissolved, rocks and a few leaves (there were only 3 in the entirety of the pool). I'd say, this cleaner is a winner and incredibly easy to setup, use and the function is amazing. If you're upgrading from a booster pump style cleaner, you're going to be incredibly happy that you did. ... show more
