    • Leaks!!! But they made it right!
I wrote the review below, then reached out to the company…and they immediately sent me a new one! Great customer service! I changed my 1 star to 5! I had high hopes for this hose. I made sure to buy the genuine pocket hose. Bought it 3 1/2 months ago and the plastic grips on both ends are broken. And it has sprung a leak about 3 feet from the nozzle. Waste of money! ... show more

    • Hose works great, copper rubs off.
I dislike that they say this is solid copper but then it's also aluminum. The hose and nozzle work great but just be warned that if it rubs against concrete (driveway) there will be no more copper. They basically spray coat the metal with copper.

Why did I wait so long to get this absolutely wonderful product ! The only thing I did wrong was I didn't order a longer one . The spray nozzle with the different settings makes the job so much easier . I love to watch it shrink up when the water is turned off . It's light weight but strong and very flexible . I could go on about how wonderful this things is but you just order one . You will love it ! ... show more

    • So-so hose.....
This hose is hyped as never kinking, super easy to use, Super sturdy great nozzle. First of all the hose is super light and a lot nicer than dealing with a heavy standard hose that I had prior. This hose does have a tendency though to get hung up on things rather easily IE the edge of the decking, corners stuff like that where my standard hose would easily Glide around. Also this hose does Kink contrary to the description. Not as bad as my standard hose but it can be an issue at times. As for the spray nozzle attachment that came with the hose; on my first time using it it already started acting up! Not spraying the stream as advertised, kind of like it had a leak from the inside already. Really lightweight nozzle, does not seem to be of a good quality. Overall a fair purchase. On the fence as to whether I would buy again ... show more

    • Great quality, but too short for my needs
I had to return this hose, because even though it was 25 feet, it pulled too tight when stretched to that length. I ended up exchanging it for a 50 foot which is actually a bit too long but that’s OK because it does shrink down to such a small size. I wasn’t sure about the hand spray style, but I’ve gotten used to it. These hoses are just so easy to use. so light weight and you don’t have to do anything when you turn them off just let it shrink back down you can roll it up if you want. I bought a small pot to keep the hose in. ... show more
