The reason why we ordered this scooter is because it has a child seat for my 3 years old son. However, the child seat can only be install with the smaller seat and not the bigger seat like the one in the picture. The reason why we get the upgraded bigger seat is because the smaller seat is out of stock. After my wife sit on this bigger seat, she did not want to exchange back to the smaller seat with child seat since it is so comfortable. However, the reason why I write this review is because of the great customer service that I experienced. They are very friendly and willing to help the best that they can. Very quick response. Because of that, I would definitely come back and buy from this company again. P.S. Is there a way to get a new key or a blank key for this scooter if we were to lose both of them? We have lost one of the spare key already because of my wife and kids rushing me to assemble this scooter very quickly that I do not remember where I put the spare key. I went to Lowe's and they do not have a blank key for this type of scooter in order to make a new copy key. ... show more

I purchase this scooter because of the 1 year warranty and I needed it at my work place (Home Depot). This product came within 3 days from date of purchase. It is easy to operate and folds up easily. It has lots of power on the lowest speed. I have had many inquiries/pictures regarding this scooter. I have had very minor issues that was taken care of immediately. This seller is great to work with! He has been quick to respond to all inquiries before and after purchase. The scooter is fast, but does require some mobility and common sense. Does not stand in my standard suv, but will lay down in it. I got the smaller battery (7) and it probably goes about 12 or so miles on a charge and is acceptable by tsa requirements. It is a little heavy to directly lift into suv, but acceptable. Every time I travel, people comment on the city slicker. Be aware that the screws sometimes come loose on the scooter, but easy to adjust with the tools provided. ... show more
