I go along with those who have praised these systems for their convenient set up and use, and the video quality you get for the money. What has been equally important to me, is Ohwoai's outstanding customer service. They have always responded to my questions via email very quickly. The user manual is somewhat brief compared to the volume of features and settings that are available, and I've appreciated Ohwoai's prompt and helpful information. Their website has a useful FAQ. I had a problem with one camera and it was quickly replaced. I have a 2019 version of Ohwoai's system and it still works fine. I upgraded to get a little more range and resolution. The cameras are amazing. The two-way audio is great and the night vision and full color night vision are awesome. They were fairly easy to install as well. Decent NVR monitor, but do not know how to adjust the brightness to be able to dim the NVR at night. Also, there is virtually NO SUPPORT from the manufacturer. I have been on their website 4 different times waiting in โ€œLive chatโ€ queue And no one ever comes in it to answer.
