Finally took trip to South Africa I bought this for. Two legs of trip were business class and two coach class. While there is no comparison to having a lie down seat, I managed to sleep for five hours using this inflatable pillow in an aisle seat in coach. For me, the pillow worked best reversed (tall side at my chest rather than sloping side). I used it with the seat back table down and a small regular type pillow at my face. The height was great and the variety of arm holes gave me different positions for my arms/shoulders when I tossed around a bit. Very importantly- when I deflated, it was easy to squeeze all the air out, roll up and fit back in its travel bag. I *think* I like it? Bought it for a long trip to Paris and used it, but more like a big pillow that was easier to keep track of because my arms were through it. Probably worth bringing on a long trip, but found myself reaching for my plain ol little neck pillow when I was taking a shorter flight. I will say that it blew up faster/easier than I expected it to! (I brought some crazy tiny electric inflatable thing with me and didn’t really need it (it was also embarrassingly loud on the plane.) ... show more

I got this for my husband and I. I’m 5’6 and he’s 6’1. It definitely hurts your back. He couldn’t use it because it is too short. I It worked ok for me, but I still had to put my bag underneath to raise it a few more inches. Maybe they make longer ones. The concept is cool

We saw something like these advertised for Comfort Traveling and decided to try them ... and although we haven't used them yet in an airplane ... we anticipate that they will be Very Helpful. When they arrived, we opened the package and blew them up (they need to be placed outside for a while to air out) and tried the lap placement and head rest position. i had so much hope for this product to use in my long 10+ hours flight. Im 5 6 and this did not work at all and was so cumbersome and big (for a non working product) that i just left it behind in the plane. Perhaps a non-tall person finds it and it works for them? (tried it every possible way- nop. doesn’t work) ... show more
