I woke up one night in excrutiating pain. The pain was so bad I couldn't even sit up on my own. I somehow slept wrong skd strained my trapezious. What followed was several days of neck spasms, stiff neck, and a lot of pain that I couldn't seem to get away from. All of this due to a bad pillow that didn't properly support my neck.After doing some research, I decided to purchase this pillow. It had great reviews even though reviewers stated that they changed the type of pillow and it wasn't as good as before. I still decided to purchase the pillow and give it a shot.I really like how you can adjust the "fluff" in the pillow to adjust it to what works for you. They send you plenty of extra foam and the pillow is stuffed with it upon arrival. It did take a few nights to figure out what worked for me, but when I did, I didn't wake up with a stiff neck or in pain. You do have to put the pillow in the dryer every so often to fluff it back up or it will become flat. For me, this is an inconvience since I dont have a washer/dryer st this moment. ... show more

    • I tried it a couple of nights and fell in love with it
I purchased this pillow for my husband who was having a problem with his neck. I tried it a couple of nights and fell in love with it. He's had his surgery and although the doctor said we didn't have to get any special pillow this pillow is wonderful. He can adjust it to comfort his neck area perfectly. And he's sleeping sound and sleeps through the night with minimal tossing and turning. I ordered mine and have enjoyed every single night on it. It is not hot like I thought it might be. All my life I've slept on down pillows and loved them because of their softness. Now that I've gotten older the down was just to soft and my neck area was not being cradled. This pillow arrived and I popped it into the dryer for about 10 minutes and its been perfect. I would not hesitate to buy another. I can't wait to see how it washes.     • Best pillow ever!
I have tried so many pillows and was never comfortable. This pillow is the best pillow i have ever had! The price point is fair, similar to if not cheaper than anything you would get at a department store or bed bath and beyond. It came vacuum packed and flat. I followed the easy care directions included, popped that baby in the dryer for an hour and wallah! A big fluffy pillow emerged! This was the biggest, fluffiest pillow i have ever had the privilege of resting my head on! And while it was love at first sight, there was an adjustment period... this pillow was too fluffy! But that is the beauty of this pillow: im in control! So a few nights i took a little bit of stuffing out at a time and about 4 days later i had reached my perfect pillow arrangement! I removed about a gallon zip lock full of stuffing and have been sleeping like a baby every since! Its still full and fluffy, but has a little more give so my head isnt too high. We could probably make a second pillow out of the stuffing i removed. Also, i never had the chemical smell people report, maybe the hour in the dryer with a fabric softener sheet helped . I also have a pillowcase on it. I am a side and stomach sleeper. The length of the queen pillow is very ample, maybe too much so, sometimes it ends up wiggling its way off the bed. So if you have a smaller bed, you might be better with a twin. BEST PILLOW EVER! ITS A SLEEP CHANGER! ... show more

    • Not to hard, not to soft... it was just right, and you'll have a perfect night sleep
I am not giving this five starts lightly. I am a side sleeper and I have been searching for a pillow to replace one that I couldn't get again after so many years.I've tried 4-5 different contoured or butterfly pillows and I would just throw them on the floor in the middle of the night. I would grin and bear it and wake up not feeling well and my neck and body stiff.I saw a add on FB of all places and I was desperate.I got the pillow and it came in a small box. Reading the reviews I knew that it was air sealed. When I opened it, it started to get larger. I stuck it in the the dryer with a dryer sheet (per reviews to get the smell away) and it came out smelling better and big!I got this right before my daughter and I were going to take a nap and I was excited to try it. I left all the filling in because it looked so fluffy. I realized that it was a bit to fluffy. It wasn't hard but firm with some extra give and very supportive but it didn't feel right.ThAt night I took some fluff out and I took to much because it wasn't supportive enough, to soft. Sooo I added half of what I took out and bam!!!! Best sleep Ive gotten in years! Get this pillow. It might take you a few try's to get the right fit but you will be glad you did! ... show more

Never in my life have I loved something so much. No joke, my kids come in second place 😂. I was unsure because some of the reviews say it's too hard. I have to have a fluffy pillow. But it's both hard and fluffy. Super fluffy. But its the right amount of hard for support. I have also noticed a decrease in neck pain in the morning. I ordered 2. I've had them for awhile now and they still hold up as if I had just bought them. Each pillow came with an additional bag of the foam, so if you want to add more you can. Again, I can not stress how much I love this pillow. And there was no weird chemical smell with either pillow. Also, this pillow is recommended for side sleepers, but I am a stomach sleeper and it works perfect. ... show more
