I spent many days deciding on this model. Watched hundreds of videos and comparisons to other brands, and this one always came out on top. It's fast. Heats up to cooking temp in about 10 minutes, half the time of some ovens. The burner is separate and won't burn out in a few years like others. It's more like a hot air balloon flame thrower! The oven is large and solid. It will hold a 16"pizza with no problem. The stone has a motor to rotate it and keep the heat uniform. It's well insulated and sturdy, stainless steel construction! It has a door to make cooking faster and temperature even. I find no flaws to those oven! It's perfect! The most amazing thing is the great price! The media could not be loaded. I have the 16" Q-Stoves pizza oven, which is very heavy as it is insulated (and just generally larger). I thought I'd get this 12" version as I hoped it would be more portable and convenient when I want to make a quick pizza. After receiving the package I removed everything and found that the oven itself was packed in a separate box from the propane burner. Packaging was well laid out and the included instructions help you get started right away. This 12" version assembles and functions exactly like my 16" oven. Once the oven was set up I hooked it up to my propane and got it lit and allowed it to burn for about 15 minutes to burn off any residual manufacturing residues. I made some quick dough 4-5 hours (50% 00 flour and 50% all purpose flour) prior to the oven arriving. The video I have attached to this review is the first pizza in this oven. My pizza peel just barely fit, so I'll need to get a smaller one for more regular use with this oven. I heated the oven to around 750F and the stone was around 650F before I put the pizza in. After about 90 seconds the pizza was done and came out great. With it's smaller size and lower weight than the 16" oven, this will definitely be our travel pizza oven. I received the oven in the time frame they promised and cooked a few pizzas in it. It worked great and it seems like it’s built well and the price was super reasonable for what it is. I did have to call customer service about a unrelated issue and the service department is very friendly and helpful, I’ll definitely look at anything they sell when I’m shopping for things they carry in the future. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was going to buy the 16” Ooni but the cost on it is nuts. Furthermore with the Ooni you have to manually keep on spinning the pizza while it cooks. The quality of this pizza over is superior, heavy stainless steel, well made and assembled. Holds heat perfectly, gets up to 1,000 degrees AND has an automatic rotating pizza stone and all at about 1/2 the cost I was sold. I’ve had it about 3 weeks and have made about 15 pizzas. A few were sacrificial lol but that was expected. Use 00 flour and the pizza will slide right off the peel. I find around 650 degrees is ideal, let the oven heat and turn on the rotating pizza stone while it heats. I slide the pizza in, put the door back on and in about 60 or so seconds it’s ready, not burnt, a perfect crust and undercarriage. Make sure you use a good doe, personally my local pizza place sells me ready to use pizza doe’s (16”) for $4. I’ll experiment making my own doe soon but wanted to make sure I had the over down fist. If your doe is to dry it will burn easily if it to wet it will be to doey. Anyway great pizza oven all around, my family, friends and I all love it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have the smaller pellet stove and have been eyeing the gas burner for awhile. Got it in today and got everything setup and WOW just WOW! The flame this thing puts off is amazing! I can't wait to get a cook in with this. I also think the stove will be a camping essential! The 16 oven is a nice size for home, I don't think I'll be taking that part camping but the burner is the perfect size to just grab and go. I like the adjustable cover too! The only downside I've seen so far if you want to call it that was the instructions. The website was much more helpful but I got everything put together by myself in seemingly no time at all. ... show more
