We initially had trouble programming in our new code so we contacted the email address provided with the instructions. They replied promptly with instructions and a video to help us set the code. We found out that we needed to enter the code number and hashtag twice for both setting the code and for opening the safe. Had a little trouble changing code. Figured out to light up key pad first with touch of hand then put in your new code. Works great. Small enough to place under cabinets or in closet but larger enough to hold items I need it to.
