Ridgid informed me only tools sold through Home Depot are under warranty. Ridgid does not give a warranty on their tools sold through other vendors. It's working good for now but if it breaks I am out of luck

This is my second Rigid Reciprocating Saw. The first one lasted about 7 years of abuse. I cut everything from trees, lumber and metal with it and it never stopped. I wore it out over time. I am hoping this one last the same.

    • Failure to honor warranty - Defective saw
Saw was used approximately six times, then completely stopped working. Apparently the motor seized. The Country Butler had me send it in on August 10, 2023 under warranty, which I did. The Country Butler has not responded since sending it in. When I called the company, Leo made excuses and has not returned the broken saw, nor replaced it with one that works.
