I got the 16X20. This heat press is very, very heavy! And takes up a lot of room. I bought a work bench to hold it. So far I believe I’m going to love it. I will update the heat press again in a few days! I’ve only done one mouse pad so far. Gonna do a few more items this week end when I have time and will update this! ... show more

This has to be classified as one of my best purchases, While I've only had it a short time so I can speak to it's longevity, I can speak of the functionality. This was a huge upgrade from my no name 15x11 swing arm. The auto open is a game changer and the slide out Platten is a huge time saver in prep. The heat press came assembled, however I believe they may have been under the influence when they assembled it because everything was off center, with an Allen wrench it was an easy fix and we where off and running. First run for big red was a 60 shirt order, she maintained temperature very well. ... show more

So far so good! It works flawlessly. Everything is easy to set and the magnetic lock works well. The only down side is it does not have an "abort" button to open the lock before the time runs.
