I really like this little heater for the cost of it it does everything that it's supposed to do it warmed my son's Nursery up within 20 minutes it also warmed my son's Nursery the little hallway in front of his Nursery and the guest room and the bathroom next to the guest room all within 35 minutes the living room takes a little longer because it's larger it took 2 hours to get the whole living room nice and warm and toasty it took four and a half hours for the heat to reach the kitchen it took an extra 30 minutes for the heat to reach the living room the kitchen and the laundry room it blows a little bit loud but not too loud will disturb your sleep but if you like your room in silence I wouldn't recommend this because it does make a fan noise if you're like sleep or you will hear it there is a fan attached to this heater it doesn't blow High you have to get real close to it to feel the fan blowing that I also goes for the heat as well what I like about this heater is that it's not like any other heater that I ever had when I put it on the bed it turns the heater off there's a button at the bottom of the heater that lets the heater know when it's touching cloth something soft something fabric it'll shut the heater off to prevent any type of fire when it's sitting on the floor like concrete or tile or something hard it will cut back on I placed a little cardboard box under it and sat on my bed and it cut on I took the cardboard box from under it and it cut off I really enjoy that the cord is long enough for you to reach two couch cushions down it's easy to turn on and off there's a dow on there that indicates negative for down and positive for up there's also another knob on the other side where you can turn the heater up as high as you want or as low as you want you can see the heater is on because the front will light up a orange as too indicate Heat you can place it under a desk or in the living room or in the bathroom or in your bedroom it's portable easy to pack away and giftable ... show more

This little heater packs a punch. It works as soon as you plug it in and turn it on. I love the safety feature in it and that it turns off when moved picked up or falls. When I have moved this the safety feature will sometimes get stuck and I have to wiggle it out of the off state. It is very lightweight and can be moved around easily. The size makes it able to move around and fit under or on a desk. The price is fair for what you get. This is a pretty decent heater that is going to get a lot of use this winter! ... show more

If you need a space heater, look no more - stop reading and order it! This little thing is a powerhouse! It heats up super quick! It’s not anything fancy - no remote, no bells or whistles, etc. Just straight forward with it’s dial from low to high, and fan with fan one or fan two setting (in Roman numerals), and is not ugly. I mean, lets face it - most heaters are kind of ugly and fall into that necessary evil category. This one is easy on the eyes as well as super functional! I was testing out a different large, rotating, remote controlled, expensive etc, etc heater before this and it would stop and blow cold air to not rise above the set temperature (I don’t know if it had gotten damaged in shipping or not, but it was not pleasant. No one wants cold air blown on them when they are already very cold and expecting heat…). I unplugged it and went and got this one out expecting (because of it’s size) that at least everything from my shins down might possibly get warmed. It warmed up me and my kitchen almost instantly (and I was very thankful)! It also did that at a third of the price of the other (dumb) one. Very highly recommended. You won’t be sorry! This space heater is quite nice. It is quite warm and the controls are easy to use. It is quiet and steadily puts out a lot of heat. The thermostat function is kind of off because the heater warms up so you have to set it warmer than you want the room to be. One thing to know is that when you first use it there is a plastic smell that goes away after a few hours use. Not a big problem but if you want to warm a room you will be in give it a few hours run time in a ventelated room first. ... show more

I got this to take the chill off of the bedroom in the evening, and it does a great job pumping out heat quickly. I can tell that it does draw a significant amount of electricity though as the lights in the room dim when its on. It woudl impact an electric bill quickly if being used alot.

This thing is small, but will definitely take the temp up in a smaller room with no issues. I love the fact it has a tip over switch (most heaters do these days), but it's a nice little safety measure. You can put low, medium, high and fan on, and you can also adjust the temperature a bit too, which is nice and I've never had that option with one of these small type heaters. First, this little heat does pack a punch. I love the convenience of the compact size, and even on the lower setting it still produces a lot of heat. The heater has a tip-over shut off on the bottom for safety. It can be used as just a fan or on the low or high heat settings. I should have realized from the listing, but it is not quiet. It says a quiet noise to help with sleep, and maybe that would be the case if you use it at night. And for me it is fine as a bathroom space heater, but I think the sound would interfere with work or watching TV. ... show more

This heater is pretty bare bones. It doesn't really excel against others in this price range, but that's okay, it functions perfectly fine, and the price is on par with other similar offerings. I verified the tip over switch worked properly and put it to use under the office desk where its performance is more than sufficient, especially on high. I have not bothered to test the limit of the thermal overload switch, but for my use case, that will likely never be an issue anyway. The fan only feature is useless, as it is on every other space heater ever built, but that's a given; it still pushes enough air to be effective when it's heating.
