I use this bike to commute. It’s pretty solid. Riding at night is no problem the light is very bright The bike itself is solid and works well. Initially when it came the throttle wasn’t working. It took a while but they sent me a new throttle and now it works just fine.

WOW! I've only ridden it as a regular bike so far because the battery is charging. I just received this today and I am blown away as to how light this bike is with or without the battery on it, very easy to ride as a regular bike. It's a sharp looking, tough looking bike and I think it's going to be pretty fast because there is no heavy weight that is going to bog it down (other than the rider and the battery). I highly recommend this bike. One of my tire reflectors was shipped with half of it broken and I'm not sure how to contact anyone about it but other than that, hope the shipper sends me a new reflector. I recommend this highly! I rode it on gravel and hit big dirt bumps and the ride is smooth as can be. I'm very impressed. I also rode it with the battery and absolutely love it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. When we first got the bike for my son it seemed decent. Went together well, seemed to function nice, and had alot of options on the screen. But after my son rode it for about 2 weeks and 100 miles just around town the Electric motor crapped out (see video). Now customer service was excellent, got a new motor out with instructional videos very quickly. After 8 days shipping and about 6 hours of labor I got the new motor in and my son was super happy. This lasted about 40 miles and 2 days before errors started appearing on the screen and the new motor seems to have siezed again. I'm sure they would send me yet another motor but at this point I spent 200$ on shipping products and just boxed the thing up and returned it. For the 1000$ ($200 that i wont get back) I have spent so far i could have bought the kid either a really high end peddle bike or used motorcycle 🙄. Cannot reccomend this product no matter how nice the company and customer service is. I'll spend more next time for a quality bike instead of this price point built garbage. ... show more

The assembly isn’t too bad and it comes with all tools needed. Very fast shipping and the bike was well packaged! I’ve rode for 10 miles in the first 24hrs and I’m very happy with the quality especially at this price point! Edit** 42 miles later - It’s amazing so far. 25mph, feels safe and stable. Battery life is decent. Depends on if you use pure throttle or pedal assist. Overall GREAT ... show more
