Works well and is above average build quality compared to other Chinese pumps I have used. Listing says "12 tons" and the label on the pump says "12 tons" but the specs say "10 tons" and there is different model that is 12 tons. I don't know what "tons" is supposed to mean in this context since the output of this thing is a pressure, not a force. Seems to be rated for 8,800 PSI but I only pushed it up to about 5,000 I was confused by the listing and expected it to include a mating ZG coupler with 1/4" NPT. The only coupler is the male coupler which is attached to the hose with 1/4 NPT. In fact, I couldn't find a suitable mate for the ZG locally and ended up replacing it with an ISO coupler for my application. ... show more

    • Best option for the money and it's high quality
I've smashed and squished over 23lbs of stuff and have gotten an extremely high return compared to my standard jack and HFrame 4*7 setup. Much better and love the gauge. No more guess work and diamonds are much easier to make or crush if you so choose.

Only hold pressure for a minute tops have to to keep pumping it to keep it at the pressure I want

Extremely solid, feels very industrial, I love it. Paired it with a 10 ton dabpress and it works great, holds pressure, and does everything it’s meant to do. Make sure to bleed before first use and you’re set. Would definitely recommend

    • BLEED !!!!! your Pump very well before using it!
The pump itself seems great quality and well built,sturdy and such,problem is I was in such a hurry I forgot to Bleed it properly before use,and after a couple of uses it stopped working completely and just wouldnt jold any pressure.....had to take it to a profesional to fix,one of the small pellets on the inside bearing was stuck,and would not allow for any fluid to pass through the hose,thankfully and after 30$ fee,it worked again PS:the insctrucions do stay to bleed,but in my opinion it should WARN in BIG LETTERS for customers like me ... show more

Pros: Item arrived and package was not damaged. Cons: pressure gauge was scratched(blemish in pic). The pump looked like it had been used previously or a return. I paid around $135 for this and it’s upsetting that this may have been used and the pressure gauge was damaged along with the all the scratches. I know it’s just a pump but this is for my press and the blemishes on the gauge make it harder to make out the PSI in certain areas of the gauge. Inspect your unit and beware. Update: They accepted my return and shipped a new one to me. It works as it should. ... show more
