I have used this saw for 10 months and am well satisfied with it. I use it almost every weekend to remodel rooms in my house. It cuts nicely with a powerful motor and is user friendly. The double bevel cutting with laser is a convenient feature. It's easy to adjust and use. I had an issue with the blade bolt and sent an email to Donavan customer service and received a prompt response to solve the issue. Donovan customer service provides fast personal service to resolve issues and backs their products. I highly recommend this saw. (I have a Donavan miter saw and table saw and am well pleased with both!) ... show more

It's very sturdy with a smooth glide and works very well. My only drawback is that the blade guard needs to be a little more sturdy as it is only held on with one lock nut. So far I've had to tighten the lock nut a couple of times and will put loctite in order to keep it from loosening. If you don't mind doing that then you've made a great purchase! Also, the vendor seems to be very dedicated to excellent customer service. I reached out to them even though through Amazon I was a couple of weeks out of the ability to return or replace my miter saw and the vendor was very helpful wanting to know what the problem was and adding a resolution. I felt that they have great concern and care for their customers and products! ... show more

This replaced a very old off brand miter saw that I broke accidentally and could not find parts to repair. I thought I had a good saw and in it's memory I will say that it did the task at hand. But my new saw has all the things one would ever need. This 12" blade, dual-bevel compound miter saw does it all. I am very happy with this purchase and it is the center of my shop. I have not had any problems or issues with it at all. I was not familiar with DOVAMAN saws but this runs circles around my old broken one.
