I'm quite impressed with the performance of this steam mop. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and handles both wood and tile floors in my home with ease. What I love most is that it's not just for floors! The mop comes with a detachable steamer, an extension rod, and various brush heads and nozzles, making it versatile enough to clean a range of surfaces. However, the steam settings are adjustable, but the dial isn't marked, so you have to tweak it to find the right amount of steam for the surface you're cleaning. It heats up quickly and does an excellent job of sanitizing without the need for harsh chemicals. I was a bit cautious about using it on my wood floors, but after testing a small area, I found that the steam-mopped section dried faster than when I use my wood floor cleaner. This means less contact with water—a big plus for wood floors! For my tiled kitchen floor, I thought it was clean until I used this steam mop. While I didn’t notice a big difference in how the floor looked, the dirty mop head told a different story—it was shocking! The mop head swivels nicely to get into tight corners, and the removable pads are convenient and easy to wash—just toss them in the washing machine. I do wish it came with at least two pads so I could switch them out when cleaning the whole house. I'll definitely be investing in more! I was able to clean the living room and kitchen floors with a full water tank and still had plenty left for more cleaning. The 19-foot power cord is long enough to reach all corners of my rooms without constantly needing to switch outlets. Overall, this steam mop is a fantastic addition to my cleaning routine. I am replacing my large pull around unit with this and so pleased with it's compact size! Plus, I can detach the handle and use it as a handheld steamer. Very happy with the steam output and the ability to use both sides of the mop in one cleaning session. The cord is extra long and unit heats up so much faster than the large unit! ... show more

    • Pretty good mop
This is great for a quick, low maintenance cleaning tool. I was a little hesitant to use a steam cleaner on our engineered hardwood floors, but it seems to be fine. I found that this is pretty effective at cleaning up dried up dog slobber in particular - we have a robot mop that keeps the floors pretty clean, but it doesn't really deal with the slobber so well. This does a great job with that and it feels like I'm really sanitizing the floor. The only problem that I really have with it is that it doesn't really feel like the steam is quite equally distributed across the entire head. In particular, along the front and side edges, it doesn't feel so effective. I found that I had to use the rear edge to get stuff that's close to the edge of walls or carpeting, and this is partially because controllability of the head is quite limited, plus downward force is really only possible around the rear edge anyways. As far as a handheld steamer, I haven't really tried that but it doesn't seem super practical for that given the ergonomics. Maybe if it came with a separate attachment to replace the pole, but even then I'm not so sure. Build quality seems fine, I don't really have any complaints on that front. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This steam mop heats up in seconds and puts out lots of steam. You can flip the bottom while mopping easily to use both sides of the mop head. The cord is long enough to do most rooms without changing plugs. There are a lot of attachments, including one that seems to be for removing adhesive left behind by tape or stickers maybe? There is the cone for cleaning and sanitizing bathroom areas, a brush, a mini cloth head for showers, and other helpful attachments. Great device. ... show more

If you haven't tried a steam mop, you are missing out. They get the floors truly clean. In fact, I gave one to my 94-year old mom. And, she loves it. (Well, she loves it when her housekeeper uses it.) :*) This 12-in-1 Steam Mop Floor Cleaner with high temperature output heats up in 15 seconds. Can't beat that with a stick. (Well, you could. But, it would ruin the mop.) :*)~ As well, this mop works as a handheld steam cleaner, so I can use it on the bathroom sink, shower, and anywhere else there are stubborn stains.
