I bought these to help water my strawberry plants and two sections of 50’ was exactly what I needed. I like that they both came with end caps because I have my water connection right in the middle with a Y valve. They do not gush water and just slowly water my strawberries. I am also able to easily adjust its location as my strawberries are growing to give them the best supply of water. I did install a pressure gauge at the water hydrant though to make sure the hoses do not get over pressurized since that hydrant is connected to a two inch water line for cattle drinkers. ... show more

I have not used the soaker hoses yet but I am very pleased that the quality seems very good. I plan to use them to water around my home's foundation during the drought. With watering restrictions already in place I am only allowed to use my sprinkler system once a week. Watering the foundation is allowed and these soaker hoses should do a good job. ... show more

Followed the connection instructions for my need and hose worked consistently and great for about 7 feet of the length, marginal output for the next 5 feet then nada, no flow for the remaining feet. When kind of 'flopped' to expand a bit, it improved the section that was working but I also noticed ANY elevation (e.g. on top of a small rosemary branch) completely halted the water flow. So I'm guessing if you are going to try and use this uphill, it will not work. It's worth noting we have incredibly high PSI water flow on our outdoor spigots (60 PSI) in a newer build, so if you're in an older home, unless you've replaced water pipes in bigger diameters, etc., your PSI likely lands somewhere between 30-35PSI of pressure. That would be another scenario this hose isn't a good choice. Three stars is probably generous but I'll give one for a very solid fit to a standard hose with zero leakage (can't attest to time in use), another star for the build quality of the hose and connectors, and a generous one more giving the hose the benefit of the doubt because it took a good 10 minutes to maneuver the thing in place and I only spent 5 more troubleshooting before I gave up getting it to work. I replaced a spray type soaker hose with this one, I like how it stays where you set it tho I did add a few ground pics just in case. I did a test soak in my hydrangea garden, the water seeps thru the hose gibe but it’ll have to run longer than the spray type of hose. That’s ok because it’s not wasting water. I like that it was a set of two, in case I need to replace it or need one somewhere else. ... show more

The product is working well so far. Having two hoses in the package allowed me to extend the soaker hose with no issues, and the only leaks are the ones that are expected from a soaker hose. The end of the hose was soaking just as good as where it hooks up to the feeder hose. Price was good too.
