The wide view of the camera is ok, but could be sharper. The system was easy to install and set up. We live in the desert Southwest, and the cameras have done well in the heat and wind. Overall, we'd buy this system again

Mounting the cameras was easy. Setup of system was OK. The instructions to setup was vague. Got through it ok and cameras are far superior to my last system. Works great. I would get this again.

    • Instruction manual & YouTube videos was useless

First off I would like to say that you can not set up the system per the instructions or the YouTube videos which were useless. I had to call the customer service which I had to wait for them to call me back later on in the day just to set it up and even then the women barely told me all the full details. She lefts out so many steps. After I got off the phone with her I realized the cameras had no sound and iy was supposed to have to have 2 way talk. She never said anything about how to use it or what. But I know they have it. The box says it. So I called customer service and left a message again. Never got a call back. Called again. Nothing..so I texted them. They say, " I'm afraid the instructions are too easy, too get sound" I've set cameras up before. This was absurd. No two way talk should be this difficult to get to work. I'm sending it back. And the night vision quality is not great at all. Not happy with tech support. And the cameras. And the solar panel should be able to come apart so you can move it if you need to.. ... show more

The first system had a bad HDD I think because it did not read it was there and the mouse did not work either. I sent it back. Took several weeks for my replacement to show up which was very odd considering these are shipped by Amazon. I hooked the replacement up right away and it works great including the mouse. The UI is a little to be desired but with the included mouse It will become familiar over time. Hopefully all the cameras will get enough sun juice to keep them going without interruption. Overall they seem well built and its nice to have 2TB HDD even if its not a SSD. does not really matter. Also the cameras do not have usb C, but it is only needed to charge if you need too becasue off cloudy days, placement or something making you need to charge ... show more
