I highly recommend this ring light and stand. I posted a photo with and without the ring light on. As you can see the lighting alone makes my photos more crisp and clean looking. The light has 3 settings depending on your preference, lighting, skin tone etc. It comes with a remote that hooks up to your Bluetooth so once you’re positioned you don’t have to worry about leaning forward to press the camera button or worry about setting a timer. I especially love this for family photos because the stand it full size and can be set up outside. It has multiple adjustments for height of the ring light and an adjustable phone mount. On the positive side, the package was packed neatly and professionally secured. I like the lighting the product put off from putting the product together and linking it to my phone the steps were simple and easy. On the negative, the side I would say needs improvements is the remote and the features containing the whole Bluetooth setup to the phone and controlling the recording features on Snapchat with music play. Once music is played and I started to do my “thing” in my video I can’t use my remote to start or stop my video. The only feature the remote will do is turn the volume up if music is playing while I’m recording. Other than that. I like the product. This ring light is a dream!!! Came faster than the estimated shipping time (came 2 weeks before estimated time)! The ring light is super extendable, I think it is taller than 6 feet but can also be shortened alot to be put on a desk. The light itself has 3 modes (white, warm white, & yellow) and these modes itself has levels of brightness! Super lightweight and easily packable for travel! Awesome for tiktok or youtube content! It also comes with a bluetooth remote that controls your phone camera, meaning I can be far away from the ring light and phone but still be able to take a picture with the push button on the remote! The selfie light is portable and equipped has the ability to place your camera on the tripod or in the middle of the light. The light has the ability to create different light temperatures and brightness. The Bluetooth remote can link to your camera to take pictures however, you cannot control the light itself; which would have been a nice feature. Overall, it's a very good package. I just recently got my ring light and I was impressed right away. Compact and clean packing, and very simple set up process. The first thing that stood out to me was the quality of the materials and the ease of use. Pairing my devices and setting everything up was as easy and intuitive as using an Iphone. The tripod is adjustable and extremely sturdy, which was nice as I didn't have to worry about the light toppling over. The ring light itself is amazing. The adjustable light settings are perfect for just about any situation/application and can turn ordinary photos into high quality professional photos in an instant. I really loved the remote that is included, as it allowed me to take pictures at my own speed and not having to worry about a timer. I teach online classes and these have been very helpful for me. They aren’t perfect. But they get the job done, and they’re durable! My kids have knocked them over soooo many times. (One of the problems is the legs on the base don’t provide a lot of balance, especially as you raise it up higher. It goes up to 6 ft.) But they still work. One did get a crack in the ring. But it hasn’t affected its use. The legs also don’t stay stiff if that makes sense. They sometimes move down after the legs have been “locked” into position. But I’ve been able to make it work. When I mentioned this to Beam, they quickly contacted me to remedy the situation. Their customer service is great! They also sent a phone mount at no extra charge out of nowhere! Both of the phone mounts provided are strong and worn great. This is not going to light up a big room or space. I actually use 2 when I need to light up a larger area. But when my computer pr phone can be close to me, one works well. When I purchased the ring light it was $50. That was a little steep. But for $35, it is much more reasonable. ... show more

Wow, such a great product. Worth every dollar for sure. I know a lot of people are probably buying this for taking selfies and just photos in general but this light does sooooo much more. For instance I used it during my last zoom video conference for work during this covid lockdown situation. The quality of the streaming feed from my end was unreal and all 12 of my co-workers commented on how much better my my feed looked than theirs. They all asked about this product and I highly recommended. PS - This seller is great! The shipping said it would be a few weeks and literally I got it in a few days. They seem like the type of seller that underpromises and overdelivers in a big way. Will be buying stuff from them all the time from now on! Thanks! ... show more

Glad I came across this selfie ring tripod. I run social media accounts and have tried a handful of other selfie rings and this one performs above and beyond my expectations. I even use it for product photos for our website. Having everything stream line and integrated on one singe adjustable tripod is user friendly and easy to set up. I tend to film in various locations and the fact this product can break down to small package then in a few seconds be ready to film at any height is beyond convenient. Also the addition to a light dimmer on the light power switch is something I didn't know I needed. Also I run a I phone Plus and the phone mount adjusts with ease and holds the phone with zero issues, I have had issues with this in the past with other selfie tripods.
