I just received the 45" Selfie Stick Tripod with 2 Bluetooth Remotes, and I’ve already started using it for videos. Honestly, I’m really impressed with it for the price. Setting it up was a breeze—within minutes, I was ready to start filming. The included Bluetooth remotes are a game-changer for me. I can start and stop recording without having to touch my phone, which is super convenient, especially when I'm shooting solo. The height is a bit on the shorter side, though. I was hoping it could extend a little higher for full-body shots or wide-angle video, but at 45", it's definitely workable for most situations. If you need something taller, you might want to look at other options, but for the price point, it does the job pretty well. This is the third item I have purchased to hold my phone for recording for a YouTube channel, and is the best of the three by far! One had complicated adjustments, another I couldn't get it to stay in place (everywhere it moved moved, regardless of how tight I adjusted it) but this one is great. Holds my phone (Galaxy S22), adjusts easily, folds up very small, remote hooks into the stand so I won't lose it, and stays at the height I put it at. No complaints, highly recommend! ... show more

The unit extends solidly, as if it were a solid shaft when fully extended. Lights work well, nice options for bright or soft light, both with 2 levels of brightness. Clamping mechanism holds phone tightly but the individual clamps are very thin and individually are not very strong. When used together, the clamps held my iPhone 14 Pro Max tightly (large phone) . Remote works flawlessly and stores securely with pressure not magnet, which often aren’t strong enough to keep them from falling off. NEGATIVE ISSUES: 1 - The top of the shaft that meets the curved arm that holds the phone and lights is FIXED…it does NOT rotate, making the tripod very unstable with a heavy phone like the 14 Pro Max. The feet are oriented in a wide stance (in relation to the position of the phone in the clamp) which leads to wobbling when the phone is not leaning towards the back. This could easily be resolved by making either the feet or the top armature able to rotate a mere 60 degrees so that the user could properly support the phone in all positions. Unfortunately, I set the phone up in a position (phone in forward position) which seemed ok but while setting up the scene to be photographed (more than 5 feet from the tripod) the tripod toppled over onto the ground and broke one of the phone clamps, rendering the tripod unusable. 2 - The folding clamps weaken the clamps themselves. Even though they hold a firm grip on the phone, when opened and clamped onto a phone they are very fragile. The fall would not have broken a thicker FIXED position clamp arm!! ... show more
