I brought 3 cars for adults over30 years of age as a Christmas gift And all three car didn’t last 1full charge before they had problems Car1 only had 3out of 4 wheels with power Car2 lost power totally and 2out of 4 wheels would turn Car 3 motor developed a loud screeching sound By the end of its first charge The cars looked good and they were fast but they didn’t last 1day Maybe they were just a bad batch Either way it was very very disappointing And a kill-joy on Christmas Day ... show more

Love this little truck! Fast, big air and fairly durable. That said we ordered 2. Both arrived very fast and in excellent condition. However during our first battery pack 1 of the units started smoking very badly from the ESC. Return and replacement went quick and smoothly through Amazon. Replacement car on first outing broke a drive shaft. Rlaarlo customer support is excellent and sending us a free replacement. The other car has had zero issues. Overall great fun, the flaws are minor setbacks to how many smiles we get from them! We do keep our speed knob set to 75% unless doing speed runs. It is quite hard to control at full throttle! ... show more

After doing research and found this brand. I like how it’s not like hyper go and have to remove 20 screws to get to the motor mount. This one has an adjustable one! Brushless motor! And a 3s battery for $160! ($40 coupon at the time) Nice size tires and has a metal under carriage. Come on now!! My arrma granite is nice but this kinda takes the cake for the fact that it’s the same $ as my brushed grom and it has a brushless motor and 3s battery. Can’t wait to see its full potential when bashing. Steering seems super fast and responsive and does wheelies like no other. Great product if you wanna get into rc and not worry about upgrades to “go fast” Edit- 11/15/24 broke 2 axles shafts and snapped the lower control arm pin. Easy fixes for both. Got it up to 60mph on a 30t pinion. Still a great truck. Wish they offered upgraded axles tho. They need to be thicker ... show more

This RC truck is very fast and fun to drive, but not as durable as I would have thought. Pros: Drives fast and straight, and I enjoyed the light bar when using at dusk. You can get parts directly through the manufacturer, but paying shipping costs that are as much as the part is not fun. Cons: Given the marketing on this truck it's touted as very tough. My first time driving it, probably 10 minutes worth I brought it inside only to find the rubber that holds the R clips in the front to have ripped off. No big deal I thought, I can live without it attached to the body. By the third time using it the light bar was falling out, I had to put it back in place and tried to glue it down so it would stay. One day I took it to a dirt bike track, and flew it off some jumps. Afterwards I found both of the frames that hold the shocks and body mounts got bent. This also broke the body shell as the back mount moved enough to rip the "cargo box" that holds the frame mounts. I was able to take it apart and bend the frame parts back to a point that was good enough to run again. Lastly, with probably less than 10 times using the truck, my son accidentally hit the tire of my car and it broke the front steering hub. This was unrepairable by me and had to order parts to fix. I bought this to have fun playing with my kids when they are using theirs. I'm no professional RC driver and maybe that's the problem, but I didn't expect this many things to go wrong so quickly. My sons $50 Deerrc truck has been treated way worse for far longer and withstood the beatings, so I expected this to not be so fragile. ... show more

My kids got small rc trucks for Christmas so I wanted a smaller truck to drive with them. When I received the truck I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome and well built it looked. The aluminum chassis and shock towers look great and are very durable! The truck is very fast, faster than my 4x4 slash on 2s. I was incredibly surprised how well the truck jumps and handles right out of the box. I had a few screws come loose and fall out which made the truck unusable until they were replaced. LAFPACY had great customer service and helped me immediately. I definitely recommend this truck for newbies and experienced hobby enthusiasts. ... show more

This RC car is not a sturdy option. My son bought with his Christmas money and the remote didn’t work properly. The first time he took it out one of the wheels broke off. Would not recommend this RC car. It goes very fast but is also fragile.
