I rarely write product reviews unless it's something that I believe will truly help other consumers. After months of researching, we decided to purchase the Zupapa 15' trampoline based on various inputs that drove our decision to go with this brand. The product arrived in 3 separate boxes (as stated) in 3 days. Each box was in great shape and the pieces inside each box were very well packaged and protected. It does take a bit of time to assemble, especially if you've never assembled a trampoline before, which we haven't, but all in all it's easy to do by following the well-labeled manual/instructions. The product is of very high quality - sturdy and solid. The only issue I had was that one of the lower leg poles had a slight dent (picture attached), which made the net droop a little and didn't look correct, aesthetically, although it did not impact the performance of the trampoline. I reached out to their customer support team and they immediately sent me a replacement part - no questions or push back; that by itself is worth the cost of this trampoline. Yet, adding that the product is top-notch was more than enough for me to take the time to write this review. ... show more

Simple set up half the time I was expecting just bring the kids out to help. poles for netting can be tricky because of foam padding, my neighbor came over said he had the same Walmart version he was impressed with the sturdiness and of the poles and padding said this was better version. Read the review that said don't waste $ on the hoop get a stronger trampoline...Strong enough for me and my boys to all jump on I'm 6'+250+lb and have 3 boys 11, 10, & 6 they aren't small haha word of advise stretch before you jump....lol....we love it...👍 ... show more

This is a fun trampoline for the price. We ordered the 15-foot model, which is very large! The springs are a bit creaky, but as expected, since we did not splurge for a springless model for three times the price. A few things to note: 1) The trampoline arrived in two separate shipments, one day apart from each other. When we received the first box, there was no note from Amazon or the manufacturer that another box was on the way. So, as we started to put it together, we thought that we were only shipped half of the pieces. The other half finally arrived the next evening. However, my kids ran around a half-assembled trampoline for 24 hours yelling, “We’ve been scammed!” 2) Assembly of the actual trampoline is fairly straightforward. However, putting the safety net on was quite a project. The net must be attached through 1 million loops and a very long, thick, shoelace-like cord that comes with it. The cord has to be manually “sewn” in and out of all the 1 million loops all the way around the trampoline. It took my daughter and husband two hours to attach the safety net. However, once it all arrived and was assembled, my kids loved it. They haven’t gotten off it since, which was the goal. ... show more

We ordered this trampoline as a Christmas present, but due to weather could not set it up until spring, which meant that we were past the warranty period when we actually put it together. We made a mistake with our trampoline that led to some damage, but despite the fault being ours and the warranty expired, Zupapa nevertheless had an actual HUMAN BEING who worked with us and fixed the problem for us at no cost. It is extremely rare to find that level of customer service - I would recommend Zupapa again in a heartbeat. ... show more

Watched their YouTube how-to video for assembly instructions and had ours up and fully assembled within 2 hours. Kids and adults love it. We chose this for its weight capacity as we've seen too many neighborhood couples with big box black Friday trampoline setups that end up tearing or breaking down within 6 months. This one is definitely built to last and endure. We bought additional ground stakes so our prized possession doesn't pull a Mary Poppins on us in any storms, so far so good :) ... show more

I said I would never have a trampoline and yet, I now own a trampoline...and I am so glad! We spend a lot of time outdoors and this has been a great addition to our backyard space. While this was an investment, I can absolutely see the difference in quality compared to other trampolines around the neighborhood. It was easy to assemble. My husband and three kiddos (ages 3, 6, 9) had it unpacked and assembled in about 45 minutes. Watching the assembly videos and unpacking/organizing the pieces was a huge help in making setup go a lot faster. We are very happy with our purchase of a Zupapa trampoline! ... show more

We bought this trampoline for our kids for Christmas (2020). After researching for quite some time we went with Zupapa because of the amazing reviews. Shorty after playing on this, the blue spring wrap tore apart in several sections. The zipper closure broke. The blue foam wrap on the poles fell a part in a few sections. I contacted customer service about this and they have not sent replacement parts. I would NOT buy this trampoline. ... show more

The product was not assembled or even completely unpacked when we realized that the four out of six leg extensions were missing. The Trampoline from Zupapa would have been much easier to assemble and the quality and sturdiness was exactly what I had expected. Beautiful to have in the yard for years to come. However, since the trampoline was a Christmas present for my two young Grandson’s was delivered on Dec 22nd via Fed Ex. Our celebration with the kids was on Christmas Eve day which didn’t allow shipping time for the company to send the missing pieces. We ended up at a big box store and purchased what they had available. Bottom line Zupapa Trampoline customer service was excellent!!! They offered several options to make it right. However, it was too late since we had purchased a Trampoline and had it assembled in time for our Christmas celebration with the boys. Zupapa customer service sent prepaid return shipping labels and didn’t charge any restocking fee. ... show more
