  • the packaging was very good and no parts were missing
Color: Blue Size: 12FT
We just received our Zupapa. It took me about 2 hours to get it all set up. I will say that the initial quality of the materials is high, the packaging was very good and no parts were missing. The unit also arrived on time. So far the kids are VERY happy. So why the 3 star rating? Well two reasons.. First of all I suspect that the netting and the spring cover and the plastic caps on the poles are not going to last in the strong California sun. I have had many kids toys (parachutes, plastic furniture, cars, kitchens, etc.) made of similar material and the material has disintegrated within 12 months sitting in our sunny back yard. I will see how it goes and update my rating after 12 months. I said two things... The other is that I tried to go to the [...] website as well as the [...] website and sadly both sites were down. I will of course keep trying. But to not have a website is pretty disturbing. This trampoline is made in China and judging by the grammar used in the instructions (which are very good quality English instructions overall) I can definitely tell this is not a European company. It may be TUV approved, but it is not a European company. In fact the instructions, the marketing materials, everything that comes with the unit, do not include any info on the actual legal entity that makes this thing or their address, telephone number, etc. There is no Warranty slip included. So I am currently wondering who to call for support, etc. I did get a response from the company (MAX LEAD) that appears to market this product in the US. They left me a phone message and via a reply to this post. Also the website [...] appears to working now. I am relieved. Updating my rating to 4 stars. Update after 12 months of use in the hot CA sun. The unit and all parts have lasted well. The kids still use it virtually everyday. No noticeable damage from sun yet. ... show more

  • Probably the best trampoline on the market
Color: Blue Size: 14FT
I have had the Zupapa trampoline for about a year and could not be more pleased with the overall experience. The assembly process was real easy and the directions were very clear. So far the quality has been excellent and I feel the design of the safety netting is much better than other brands. Even more impressive is the customer service of Zupapa. We had a little issue with the net poles and Zupapa was quick to respond to my inquiry and the representative was prompt in addressing the issue. The representative personally followed the shipment updating me regularly and even reached out to me to confirm the parts were received. I cannot say enough about my positive experience. It is nice to know if you do have a problem the manufacturer is prepared to help. ... show more

  • Can't go wrong with zupapa
Color: Blue Size: 15FT
1 year later... The trampoline is still in amazing condition. The net holds up well and it's gone through a lot of abuse. It still zips up just fine. The ladder could be more secure, it keeps falling off. But only the littlest one uses the ladder anymore. And I could just go out there and bolt it on better. Kids still love it and it was definitely the best purchase of 2019. Just set up our 15' trampoline! First of all, it's huge. Apparently I'm really bad at judging dimensions. But it is plenty big enough for my 4 kids to jump on it together. It's incredibly easy to set up. I was a bit confused because the instructions seem to show the smaller end of the springs attaching to the frame but it's not possible. The frame was easy to set up by myself and I'm kind of gimpy. My husband came to check on me just in time to help me get the mat sprung. The easiest way is to attach every third or fourth spring. Once he did that I was able to finish attaching the rest of the mat myself. It was a good workout for a gimp like me but not difficult. The padding around the mat seemed to get bad reviews here. So I was pleasantly surprised to see what looks like a very well made padding. It's not thickly padded but it's not supposed to be. It's nice and firm and seems like it'll hold up well. Attaching it was a breeze and feels pretty snug and secure. I thought I'd need a hand with the netting so I asked my husband to help me. But really it was super easy. I could have done it myself. I just hate tedious tasks and attaching the poles with the clamps was torture for me. I'm too ADHD for that nonsense. It was easy, just tedious. I attached the caps to the netting poles and then the netting to the caps. That was the hardest part. Because I'm short and the mat is very bouncy. My husband laughed at me. A lot. Finally... Based on reviews I read I decided to start the weaving process half a foot from the beginning of the entrance of the net and started weaving it through. But it was so tedious and that rope is so long. (Tip: burn the ends of the rope to keep it from fraying). I made my husband do that part. We still had 3 feet of rope left once it was all secure. My kids tested it out and loved it. I expect that they'll bounce their hearts out through the summer. If I have any issues I'll update my review. ... show more

  • Very safe and the kids love it, just a few minor flaws.
Color: Blue Size: 15FT
**ONE YEAR EDIT** Every single connection has now ripped so many times on the net that I am contemplating taking it all down and stitching a 4" wide, folded canvas strip all the way around the top with grommets to attach at the pole points, which is how this net should have been made in the first place. The rest of the trampoline has held up though, with the exception of the foam pole covers, which were easily fixed with matching blue duct tape. Still recommend this product, but buyer beware that the net is not hardy. The net has ripped away from the poles three times now, in about 6 months. I fix it each time with zip ties, but pretty soon there will be no place left to thread them through. Not sure what the solution is.. Kids are just hard on it. They lose their balance or someone else bounces them high and they grab it on the way down. Overall, very pleased with the product otherwise! ... show more
