I was so excited to receive my Zupapa 14ft x 8ft trampoline, which arrived six days earlier, than expected, just in time for Christmas! Originally, the estimated delivery was two days after Christmas. I researched a lot of trampolines, but kept going back to Zupapa. Finally, I decided to purchase it. I was sold on the manufacturer warranty, alone, and the high-rated reviews! Upon delivery, one of three packages arrived damaged and I contacted customer service, as I was concerned that there were missing pieces. Within the same day, customer service responded, via email, assuring that they are there and would provide any missing pieces. Upon assembly, all pieces were accounted for! It was very comforting to know that Ms. Milka actively followed up and let me know that she'd be my personal representative, moving forward. She was very informative and personable. I knew it was not an automated message, but rather a real person. I want to thank Zupapa for the gift that has blessed not only my kids, but my neighbors as well! Assembly was tedious, yet simple. It took my husband and I approximately 3 hours. The frame seems solid and the quality is top notch! The space within is plentiful! The bounce is energizing and satisfying! The weight allows two adults to move it, comfortably, to accommodate any setting. I look forward to many years bonding with my kids, who are 5 and 7 years old, while enjoying our Zupapa trampoline. I don’t often write reviews, much less for a product I purchased 18 months ago, but I felt compelled to recommend this trampoline because for the extraordinary customer service from the company, and in particular, their service representative Milka. My story may be similar to yours that I was looking for a cost-effective trampoline for my kids, wanting to believe their enthusiasm, but fully expecting that it would be abandon within 2 weeks. I have never been so wrong. This trampoline delivered the lasting fun my kids promised, and I dreamed of. It is used daily, and is one of my daughters primary source of exercise. The kids use it alone, together, and with friends; often with 4-5 kids bouncing together. I only mention all of this background to get to the main point of my review. This trampoline is incredibly durable; unexpectedly so given its simple to assemble design. Nonetheless, after 18 months, several of the mat spring attachments gave way. Because this trampoline is in constant demand, I started the investigation into how to order a replacement mat, only to learn that the trampoline comes with a 2 year warranty. With low expectation, I contacted Zupapa and was delighted when I got an IMMEDIATE response. I explained my problem to Milka, who remained my personal service representative for the entire case. In reviewing the photos I sent she observed that I could use a couple new springs, and she proactively included those in my shipment. Without me asking for confirmation, she sent me the FedEx tracking number and when the package would arrive. All this happened in 3 days! As an after thought I asked for a replacement set plastic “feet,” and the next day Milka sent another FedEx tracking number and let me know they were on their way. The trampoline itself, but perhaps more importantly how Zupapa treated their customers, exceeds expectation. It is unlikely I am in the market for another trampoline soon, but I will seek Zupapa out if I am. In the meantime, I encourage you to do business with them. ... show more

After much research into different trampoline options, we finally decided on the Zupapa 1500LBS Weight Capacity Rectangle Trampoline 9X15FT 8X14FT. One large deciding factor was just how many people claimed excellent customer service by the Zupapa team. That fact unfortunately was immediately tested as it appeared some parts had fallen out due to lack of care from the package carrier(there was a large hole at the end of one of the boxes). Turns out my three year old just walked away with them! Martina and her team were incredibly prompt and helpful in their response (I'm talking about a response within a few hours of my email) and promised to check in with their package carrier to prevent any future package damage. I have honestly never worked with such a polite and helpful team before and will happily be shopping at Zupapa again. Beyond the customer care, we have also found the design to be extremely sturdy with little to no wiggle with two adults jumping on it and really appreciate the attachment of the safety net to the tramp (although we don't look forward to sweeping). ... show more
