I don’t often write reviews, much less for a product I purchased 18 months ago, but I felt compelled to recommend this trampoline because for the extraordinary customer service from the company, and in particular, their service representative Milka. My story may be similar to yours that I was looking for a cost-effective trampoline for my kids, wanting to believe their enthusiasm, but fully expecting that it would be abandon within 2 weeks. I have never been so wrong. This trampoline delivered the lasting fun my kids promised, and I dreamed of. It is used daily, and is one of my daughters primary source of exercise. The kids use it alone, together, and with friends; often with 4-5 kids bouncing together. I only mention all of this background to get to the main point of my review. This trampoline is incredibly durable; unexpectedly so given its simple to assemble design. Nonetheless, after 18 months, several of the mat spring attachments gave way. Because this trampoline is in constant demand, I started the investigation into how to order a replacement mat, only to learn that the trampoline comes with a 2 year warranty. With low expectation, I contacted Zupapa and was delighted when I got an IMMEDIATE response. I explained my problem to Milka, who remained my personal service representative for the entire case. In reviewing the photos I sent she observed that I could use a couple new springs, and she proactively included those in my shipment. Without me asking for confirmation, she sent me the FedEx tracking number and when the package would arrive. All this happened in 3 days! As an after thought I asked for a replacement set plastic “feet,” and the next day Milka sent another FedEx tracking number and let me know they were on their way. The trampoline itself, but perhaps more importantly how Zupapa treated their customers, exceeds expectation. It is unlikely I am in the market for another trampoline soon, but I will seek Zupapa out if I am. In the meantime, I encourage you to do business with them. ... show more

This seems like a solid product. It was as pretty easy to put together, it took us like 3 hirs. Looks aesthetically pleasing. Teens using it and it’s going well. Holding up early on. Bought my own set of 8 more heavy duty anchors for $20 on Amazon as their anchors aren’t significant enough IMO. Overall really like the product and am happy with my choice. ... show more

    • Kids Love it - We hope it lasts and that nobody get hurt
We usually don't write reviews, but it seems to be difficult to get information on this trampoline and so figured we would try to help folks with their analysis. We purchased this with the thought that it would be a bit better than most the ones sold in the big box stores at a reasonable to good price. These are our first impressions and thoughts on the Zupapa 15Ft Trampoline broken out by some categories: Set up = 4 stars, pretty much the same as any other trampoline. All the pieces fit easily and they include everything you need. The instructions could be better, but I would recommend watching a few Utube videos of any trampoline set up to get a fairly good understanding of what to do. Trampoline Frame = 5 stars, for the price paid the metal components of the base seem very good. The Mat and the Bounce = 4+ stars, looks to be fine and both the kids and I have bounced on it. The Springs = 4 stars, looks like what I would expect. It would be nicer if they were a thicker gauge spring. I could consider three stars here, but hopeful. Net Poles = 3 Stars, they will probably hold up ok, but are awkward to get up and the hardware is relatively cheap. The Net = 2 Stars. First of all the Net attaches on the outside of the Mat which means the springs (and spring mats) are in the jump area. This seems to be an older design compared to many of the other trampolines out there. It does create more space inside the trampoline, but it also means kids are standing on the spring pad and slipping between the frame and the net. Not ideal for little kids because no matter what you say about staying in the center, they end up going to the side. Furthermore, the net material appears to be very light and will most likely rip out. Most likely will get replaced, maybe annually - ugh. The Spring Mats = 2 Stars. They are thin and just cover over the Springs. They do provide some protection, but considering that the springs are in the jump area, we would prefer these to be thicker and wider. Overall, we'll still call this a 4 for now because for a 15ft tramp it is relatively cheap and we may get 5 years of use out of it. If all is going well then, we will probably jump up to a higher level, adult quality trampoline and spend 3xs as much as this one. ... show more

Took about 1.5-2 hours for my son and I to put together. Instructions were good and the unit is very solid. I didn't realize it came with stakes to help hold it down in high winds so I bought a separate set but the ones that come with it would probably do for most areas.
