I initially was skeptical about ordering these on Amazon but I was really pleasantly surprised. These turned out to be exactly what I wanted and really well priced. Within 24 hours of placing the order with Amazon I had an email from the manufacturer confirming the materials and dimensions. They help correct the width between the valance width and blind fabric width. Ie the fabric width is less than the overall width which is based on the valance and fittings . These were dispatched by Fedex about 3 days later and I had them a week later. Better service than anything I could have bought from a US based blind web site where average delivery was 3-4 weeks after order. Installation was clear and easy and the blinds look really fabulous. I bought two to try with the solar panels and they were amazing. Decided to do the whole first floor of my house and ordered another eight, for a total of 10. They are incredibly easy to install if you’ve ever installed blinds before. Got them with the smart wifi and they work flawlessly with the remote and app. I have programmed all blinds to open in the morning and close at sunset. It is such a game changer. The blind is very elegantly designed, easy to install and works well. There’s no charging information in the instructions other than: “The charging motor need to be charged every three months.” There’s a notation in the package that the motor battery needs to be fully charged for 6 hours before installation. A red LED lights up on the motor bezel while charging, then goes out when fully charged. After a full charge, if the charger is plugged into an outlet and the cable is plugged back into the motor, the LED light does not come back on to indicate charging has begun. I assumed the battery needs to be discharged to a certain level before the charge cycle is allowed to begin again. There’s also no indication as to whether the charger and cable can be left plugged into the motor and powered during use, so I left the cable plugged into the motor for this installation, but chose not to plug in the charger block again until the battery needs charging. The remote’s programming instructions need to be re-written so they make better sense in English. The Mandarin-to-English translation is choppy, vague and has the typical typos and grammatical errors. The mounting bracket receptacle on the motor end of the blind is a very tight fit in a few of the available indexed positions. Using a small amount of silicone grease on the male portion of the bracket before insertion will help to ensure that it inserts into the motor’s receptacle completely. Overall I was very impressed with the blind, and most importantly, the senior customer that I purchased and installed this blind for was happy as well. ... show more

    • Remote could use some work.

Purchased 8 shades for our business, so I purchased the 8 channel remote. The issue is that you can program the remote to individually control 8 blinds, but one of the channels must be used if you want to control all the blinds at once. So I can really only control 7 blinds individually, or all of them at once with the 8th channel. Sort of annoyed by that, but not earth shattering as we will typically be opening and closing them all at once. I also noticed that the fine tuning of the shades to be closed or open could use some work too. Pressing the button up or down does it in larger increments than one may desire if you need to move it just a 1/4 or 1/2 an inch. Instead, it seems to move a bit more than you'd expect with each up or down button press. Other than that, the quality of them shades seem solid, and the installation was very simple all things considered. ... show more

UPDATE: once you set the upper and lower limits, the issue resolves itself. It is only when you manually put the blinds up and down. PREVIOUS REVIEW: We synchronized all 3 blinds together. First of all, they don’t always work. More than half of the time, blind number 2 or 3 doesn’t catch and only two come down. Second of all, blind #3 is slightly slower than the rest, even when fully charged. So it always lags a bit behind. It starts out just a little lag but by the time the blinds fully close, blind #3 is about 6 inches behind. Just little annoyances like that.     • Don’t bother if you have more than one blind

We ordered two blinds for the living room and three for the dining room. The blinds did not come with instructions. I contacted the seller for the instructions, which were in incredibly small font (and I am under 50 years old). After about two hours of trying, the written instructions and video did not work for programming the blinds. The product description says you can program multiple blinds one change on the (six) channel remote. Nope, that did not work. As we programmed one blind in the living room, two blinds in the dining room responded and the living room one would not respond. One blind will not respond at all to the programming. In the end, we have one blind that is programmed and works as we would like out of five blinds. Also, the video and instructions show a slightly different remote. I have the Alexa Studio and it does not recognize the blinds. And the kicker, the seller will not accept returns. Bottom line, be leery of the product. The idea is good. The price is good, but the product does not work as intended. The product claims are more than the actual results. The customer service is lacking. Update: Since the review went live, the seller is contacting my husband on WhatsApp to offer technical assistance. I am not sure how they found him in WhatsApp. The problem is the time difference (contacting me at 2:30am) and there is a language barrier. ... show more
