This was my first time using this. It was a pretty great experience. I tweaked it a bit to enhance the experience. First I followed others advice and allowed it to warm up for about 15 minutes on level 9. I covered the whole on top to trap the steam and sat on the floor so my whole body was inside. I stayed in for 30 minutes. That's the usual time I would stay in the sauna at the gym. It was very effective at working up a sweat. CAUTION THE PARTS THAT ARE CONNECTED TO THD STEAMER GET EXTREAMLY HOT. DO NOT TOUCH, EVEN THE PART INSIDE THE SAUNA. Its not very thick so I am not sure how it will hold up, but so far so good. ... show more

Felt beads of sweat within 7 min. 30 min later entire body is drenched. I've only used once so I can not speak on durability, however, I am pleased with the results this far.

I've been looking at these since the pandemic hit to replace my weekly spa at the gym. I finally settled on this one because of video's showing how easy set up is and how well they worked. I'm glad I did. The price was great. Set up super easy. It took a bit longer than 10 minutes for the heater to warm up enough to produce steam, but once it did, it was like a jet taking off... no doubt it was going to do the job. I took my first sauna last night and it felt awesome. And it was right here in my own bedroom. If you're on the fence, take a chance on this one. The product arrived a bit dusty and was questionable whether it was new. It works and was very easy to to set up. Only complaints were that I burned my leg getting up and being too close to the steam nozzle pretty severely. And lastly, it definitely gets steamy but not with the intensity of what I'm used to in a traditional steam room. I'd enjoy it more if it could get hotter. Product works good though, I'm just returning it because I'm seeking heat intensity that's probably above average than what most are used to. ... show more

This sauna is amazing!! We are so happy with this product! With covid shutting down our gyms and spas, we were missing out on getting our detoxification!! I had gained weight and was extremely sluggish, after one week in this sauna, I’ve lost 6 lbs, I’m more flexible, I can focus, and I feel rejuvenated again. It was very easy to set up and we put a small chair inside to use, as shown in the picture. We will use this until it wears out, then buy it again!! I used the sauna twice already but suddenly it wont work. It turns on but it doesnt heat the water , after so many attempts turning it off and on and then pressing the power it started to heat the water and produce steam and then it turns off again

I loved this sauna. Only used it once and put a folding outdoor chair in it. SOOO much more comfortable then those other sauna chairs look. I really enjoyed it. I sweat a ton and feel so good afterwards. Very easy to put together and use. Literally add water connect the tube and that's ut.

I was happy getting a small portable sauna which it wouldn't cost me a lot. Since this epidemic it is hard to go in the gym I follow the instructions to the t. Next thing my leg is burning. I have a big burn mark on right leg. I guess the best sauna is where you actually going to the gym. I know I will not get burn. This was a big mistake to get & learn my lesson ... show more
