Well I’d been looking at these inflatable hot tub for a couple years and have wanted one so bad! But didn’t wanna spend the cash. WELL low and behold I won $600 and decided to put another $150 into getting the one I wanted. So I got this one and it was pretty easy to assemble but def takes two people. I have a bad wrist and the whole pump/filter and tub are very heavy. If you’re strong maybe u could do it alone. I watched a ton of you tube videos to be prepared on unboxing my setup and running it properly. That totally helped!! It is taking a LONG time to heat up though. I am in the Poconos of PA and the temps have been in the 50/60 range but today is 45. We set up 2 days ago and went in last night when temp was 87. It felt great but we froze getting out. Today it’s up to 96 and we’re excited to try it again. The air Jets are really a lot stronger than we thought!! We are tweaking the chemicals at this point and have studied some on that as well. I’ve been buying those on Amazon, I’m using Bromine, and scumbugs, and ph lifter. But it goes according to your water test. We also used yoga floor mats from Walmart in 2” thickness so that the bottom was super cozy. It feels great and not hard at all. Without them, I’m not so sure of how it would feel. The cord is no where near 25foot as it said in the description..it’s about 10 ft. So be sure you have somewhere close to plug into. The little battery operated light is really a great function as well. My cover fits snug and is light enough for me to get off and on alone. Big plus! Overall. This thing rocks!!! Super happy. Let’s hope it lasts!! We’ll be using ours from now to maybe oct/nov. then putting away fir the season as not to hurt any of the equipment in our harshly snowy winters. ... show more

My wife and I were toying with the idea of getting a hot tub but didn't want to spend thousands of dollars to find out we hardly used it so we went gave this hot tub a try. We read reviews that indicated the lifetime of the heating element is approximately 18 mo. In 1 week we will have had ours 2 yrs. However, we did turn it completely off for August, September, January and February because it was too hot or too cold to use it. But, there are a several YouTube videos on changing the heating element that makes it seem super easy and the element is inexpensive. Heating Capabilities: We had it on an open concrete patio the first year and the heater could not keep it at 100 deg. once the temperature got below 45 deg. We moved it under a covered patio in the fall of 2022 and it made a HUGE difference on how well the heater performed. Now it will keep it at 100+ deg. as long as the outside temp is 40 deg. or above. The negatives are the jets are simply a vinyl tubing with holes around the bottom. We rarely ran the jet part of it because it is really strong bubbling without really giving a massaging affect (also kinda loud). And, the tubing for the jets ripped with very minimal usage, which we really didn't care. The bottom line: Hot tubs/Spas are pretty expensive. If you want to try it too see if you would really use it and make spending thousands on a spa worthwhile then absolutely buy this. We have used it extensively, but still don't want to spend thousands so this is perfect for us. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It took a few hours by myself. You tube videos helped so much!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTTUB-POOL. You can always not turn heat up and great for summer. I had it to 104 degrees in about a day and a half. Took awhile but the jets are comfortable and heavy! I am 6 ft 3.5 and fit comfortably! Great purchase under$1000! Tip. Order some additional LED portable water proof lights to add effects! I use the cover without the hard additional cover for summer...adds an art deco effect! Quality products! ... show more

Amazing! Bought this as a anniversary present for my wife. Set up says it takes two people but I was easily able to do it myself. Everything to get started and jump in was included. Other then chemicals I didn’t need to get anything. It even came with test strips. Headrests are very nice and the sides are very sturdy. ... show more

    • Manufacturer Customer Service is AWFUL! Saved by Amazon!
We enjoyed the hot tub for 6 months. Then, the pump just quit working. No explanation, no error code. I tried calling the manufacturer for tech support. Forget it!!!! After waiting on hold for almost 2 hours, the person who answered had no help to offer. Then, I started with their e-mail support process. After 5 days of chasing my tail with that, they said my problem could not be resolved with e-mail, I needed to call. Another 2 hours on hold. I was able to speak to someone. Again, no help, and I got cut off!!! I called the seller, VM Express. They were nice, but not helpful. I finally contacted Amazon. They authorized a refund. Had to deflate the hot tub, dry it, and repack. Fortunately, I kept the boxes. It took most of a day to get it packed up but we got it done. Now waiting for a refund. Shopping for a new hot tub. It's sad because we really liked the INTEX. It's rated well, except for customer service. Will not go through that again! I was willing to just buy a new pump but wait.... not available! ... show more

We purchased product for therapeutic use. The force of air bubbles is less than a Jacuzzi on sore back and shoulders. Relaxation results are deeper, more effective. The pool setup was easy with two people. Cleaning the pool after use takes a half day, not unreasonable for a 6-person size unit. Heating to a higher temperature for therapy adds time but it is worth the wait. We look forward to working hard all day and then re-balancing in the evening. ... show more

I really loved this hot tub we had it for three years in that time though we replaced the ceramic rod in the impeller four times and then finally this year the heating element went out😞 when it worked it worked well until one day it didn’t very disappointing, but for the money we got three years out of it ... show more
