Very good hot tub for my needs. Super easy to set up and very sturdy. The lock was a little confusing but finally figured it out. I only wish it was a little bit bigger but it serves my purpose for now as it’s actually only for one person. (I’m 5’3” and it’s perfect!) On really hot days, I just turn off the heating feature. When the outside temperature starts cooling down, heater goes back on and quickly heats back up to 104 degrees over night. Great alternative to getting a permanent spa. Can enjoy all the benefits of a spa without having to destroy your yard. Make sure to purchase the chemicals ahead of time.

I should of just respected and learned from others that made the same mistakes about this being JUNK!!!! Leaks from the drain valve, not fixable! Does not retain heat. Just wait and buy a nice hot tub because this trailer trash version is not the answer. I was hoping for something in the meantime, but this is obviously not the answer. The seller wants me to pay for the return label. I don't know about you but I am not rich. This will be at least 100 dollars just to send it back and it is not worth the money. So it is just sitting in our shed tits up. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! For all the money I spent on here and still Amazon did not help me as well with a return label and failed a to z because of third party so do not buy. This has been a nightmare. ... show more

This hot tub is a fantastic “pool” for a small space and to combat the summer heat! This seller is AMAZING and worked very well with me on returns (my husband purchased one without my knowledge 🤦🏼♀️). Would highly recommend buying from him again!

We bought this spa almost 2 years ago and after covering it for a few month in a FL winter, this is what it looks like. Has anyone else had this happen. We tried everything to clean it with no luck. Other than the stain - we love it!! Runs great!
