Very good hot tub for my needs. Super easy to set up and very sturdy. The lock was a little confusing but finally figured it out. I only wish it was a little bit bigger but it serves my purpose for now as it’s actually only for one person. (I’m 5’3” and it’s perfect!) On really hot days, I just turn off the heating feature. When the outside temperature starts cooling down, heater goes back on and quickly heats back up to 104 degrees over night. This hot tub is a fantastic “pool” for a small space and to combat the summer heat! This seller is AMAZING and worked very well with me on returns (my husband purchased one without my knowledge 🤦🏼♀️). Would highly recommend buying from him again!

We bought this spa almost 2 years ago and after covering it for a few month in a FL winter, this is what it looks like. Has anyone else had this happen. We tried everything to clean it with no luck. Other than the stain - we love it!! Runs great!

    • Leaks from the drain valve, not fixable!
Tub is nice, size perfect for two, heats up quick, bubbles are nice, filter is quiet. Everything is great but not if it leaks! Have to fill it up in advance of going in and let it warm up. Did I mention it leaks? From the drain tube so not repairable. I’ll be looking to return this item.
