This 1-2 Person model offers 7 Low EMF infrared Carbon Energy Efficient heating panels that produce a wider, softer heat that is evenly distributed throughout the sauna. Our Low EMF FAR infrared Carbon Energy Efficient heating panel heaters are 30% larger than saunas heated by ceramic tubes and penetrate skin 40% more to maximize therapeutic benefits. Unlike ceramic heaters, you will never have to replace our Carbon Energy Efficient heating panels. Unlike traditional rock and water saunas (which heat at or over 200F and do not penetrate your skin), Golden Designs Saunas operate at a much lower and safer 130F. In fact, Golden Designs Saunas operate most effectively at 120F.

I put it together by myself after I had help moving the planks moved to the location. Good speakers, light in ever changing so annoying, but solid construction for the price. It’s spring now where I live so I won’t to using it now. Ready for colder weather for the real test. It heated quickly at the lowest setting currently for the weather. Love this sauna. Glad I didn't go smaller with less panels as this one takes 55 minutes to get to 150 degrees. I will also note the door is not a secure fit so you can feel cool air coming in sometimes hence four stars instead of 5. I have decided to install a better magnetic closure and replace the insulation around the door as the door does not seem to be adjustable. Don't like feeling cold air coming in from the bottom of the door where there is a 1/4 inch gap from glass to felt strip. Update Jan 2025: after using this on a regular basis for a while the only complaint I really have is that the door is not adjustable and does not make a good seal so that when I am in the sauna, I can feel cold air sucked in around the bottom of the door on my feet and shins where there are gaps. I have tried replacing the liner around the door, but because the door is not adjustable, thick liners, cause it not to be able to close completely. ... show more

I don't know why I ever hesitated! This sauna is fantastic and has everything you need. Bluetooth speaker with great sound, led light above, where you can choose reading light or color, and it's beautiful! While the description says the max temp is 140 degrees, I am consistently using this sauna at a temp of 150 degrees. Definitely roomy enough for one person, 2 would be a stretch. I’ve had this sauna for over a year and it rocks. 25-30 min to heat up. Tip 1: exercise a bit before using to maximize the sweat! Tip 2: definitely consider buying a SwitchBot to automatically press the on button for you (just leave the timer untouched on 60 min) this is perfect if you want it to turn on on scheduled times so you don’t have to wait for it to heat up. We love our sauna! I bought to help with the pain from an injury and I use it 4-5x per week! It is great. Takes about 20 mins to heat up and I like to listen to my podcasts or music while in there.
