We bought this for the relaxation after a long days work. Does not disappoint. Also helps us sleep better after just 20 mins in the spa. Sets up easly and quickly. Heated up to 104 F with 24 hours after initial filling at 63 F. Really only need to fill to minimum line. Once you get two adults in it and fire up the bubbles, most water above that is going to exit anyway. You could fit three younger people in it but not three adults without ejecting way to much water. We put it on our concrete paver back patio with a tarp under it and are going to put a 10x10 pop up over it for Winter use. Great little spa. Too early to tell what the electrical usage is. Make sure you get a spa maintenance kit of some type. Just after a few uses you will want to check the chemical levels. Make sure you electrical outlet is ground. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this hot tub! Like others mentioned, the instructions are minimal, but setup is easy. Just plug it in, unwrap everything, place it, and press the bubbles button—it inflates itself! Heat and air retention are excellent. The cover can lose a bit of air over time, but it’s easy to re-inflate; just connect the hose to the hot tub and cover, then press the bubbles button again. Always keep the cover on when not in use, and avoid running the bubbles with the cover on. Highly recommend getting a chemical kit—I went with an all-in-one set for around $100 and use bromine since it’s gentler on the skin. If you’re going back and forth trying to decide to pull the trigger, DO IT. It’s been worth every penny. The app is dope too. I pretty much always have it set to 104° ... show more

Easy to set up and like that the pump is hidden inside and not taking up space on the outside like my 6 person of a different brand. Only dislike is it looses temp faster compared to my 6 person and once it hits 99 deg it's time to get out for me... It takes maybe 15min to drop from 104 to 99 deg so if you want to stay in longer than that I'm not sure this is for you. ... show more

No matter where I look on the internet, on their site, etc there is no information on how to set this particular spa up. Plenty of info on other models with different configurations but nothing on this spa with internal pump. I push the inflate button and get immediate error code on the panel. No videos on their youtube channel featuring this model. NO instructions that come with the spa. ... show more

I purchased this hot tub 5 months ago. My husband and I really wanted a hot tub but did not want to spend thousands of dollars for a “real” one. We have used this almost daily since purchasing. The set up was a breeze, took maybe 20 minutes. Filled with water in about 45 minutes and was ready to go. We have hot water outdoors so I can not speak to how long it would take to heat from a cold tap temperature. I have found it heats 1-2 degrees an hour when we turn it down and need to get back up to temperature. We used this hot tub all winter in Massachusetts with no issues. From the research I did prior to buying it was not recommended to use inflatable hot tubs in temperatures below 38ish degrees. For the price and the use we got out of this I was willing to risk operating in well below freezing temps. As for the size, it is perfect for 2 adults. Any more you would need to be very comfortable getting cozy with. The jets work great for what they are. Running the jets does drop the temperature faster (in my winter only experience). We typically turn them on for 10 minutes and then enjoy without the jets to keep the water hot! Highly recommend. ... show more

Love the extra insulated blanket, keeps warm longer. Am hoping the internal controls will be more efficient and last longer. Most of our older ones ended up leaking at the hoses to the controls.

The description said WiFi and that’s why we bought it. It does not have WiFi control. And it still has the old sucky turn off automatically every 3 days which I hate. For some reason, the Coleman brand tub is much more firm when you sit on the sides.
