I purchased these to try in my art center (preschool). I have taught for over 30 years and I’ve never liked the plastic art smocks because they are so flimsy…but these are my new favorite thing! I was worried they would be too small for some of my bigger students but they fit all of my preschoolers (age 3-5). I appreciate the long sleeves with elastic. My former paint shirts were men’s old short sleeved button downs and the sleeves would constantly flop and be in the way…dragging through their paint project. Also I now have no worries that paint will absorb through the paint shirt. I bought an extra set so I could put clean ones on each group of kids…but these are so easy to quickly wipe down that my extra set is still unused! I saved my old paint shirts just in case these didn’t work out but I feel comfortable getting rid of them all (and an extra bonus…these fold up and take up very little room!) ... show more

My 3 year old wears these smocks when we paint at home. I love that they are long sleeves so I don't have to worry about paint getting on his arms or when he's wearing a long sleeve shirt. Quick to put on, lightweight and incredibly easy to clean!
