This made a great gift for my 3 yr. old niece. She loved playing with it for hours. It was such a hit, I bought another one for my 3 year old neighbor’s daughter. Pretty fun toy for girl or boy.

As you come to expect from Melissa and Doug, quality is king with this product. The modeling doughs are all individually sealed with plastic as well as the lid, ensuring they were not dried out when I received them. One set of scissors cuts a zig zag while the other is straight, so it is an excellent learning tool. The rollers with prints work very easily with minimal effort and glide flawlessly. The lids double as molds to make various shapes, which is dual purpose and minimal waste, always a good thing. The wooden tray it comes in makes for perfect storage without the tools rolling all around in a drawer or bin somewhere.
