Pros: great for warehouse work, using it in tablet mode all day while not being afraid of it slipping out of my hand. Cons: 1. the comfort i would rate 9/10 just cause after maybe an hour or 2 of holding it, it might cause soreness but again that would be a me problem, and not so much a product issue. 2. the stand angle. this i have to say is a little disappointing in the sense that theres only 1 "level" of adjustment to set it at to allow it to be used as a laptop. kinda kills the whole versatility of the angles provided by the device. overall. solid choice for myself just cause of the work environment im in. i am on my feet all day walking around a warehouse checking inventory against excel. this works great in helping me hold onto the SP9. very durable. 1st day i used it at work i dropped it twice and banged it against metal shelves a couple of times. tiny scuffs on the actually rubber of the product, but SP9 was safe. so solid 10/10 for me so far. ... show more

I love this case, it protects my surface pro. It’s light weight. I has protects it well. I like how you can stand it up or use it with the strap around your hand. It’s comfortable any way you use it. Very good quality. Super easy to remove if needed.

I needed a case that would facilitate my using a Surface Pro 7 for data collection in the field and presentations. Case fitment is absolutely perfect! Easy to install. The three-layer design connects in such a way that gives me great confidence that it will not come apart during use and drop my Surface to the ground. The strap attachment points on all four corners allows me to configure a shoulder strap that works for my needs. This was an important feature I needed. The 360-deg. handle/stand is a wonderful design! I am able to use my surface for data collection in the field and I can use it when doing presentations. When doing presentations, the Surface becomes an extension of my arm. It doesn't feel or look awkward standing in front of an audience. (I use it to control and interact with a presentation on a large screen.) Some interviewers complained about the inability to attach the Surface Keyboard. This isn't an issue for me. I use a small Bluetooth keyboard instead of the Surface KB. I just never liked the Surface KB. I highly recommend this case! ... show more

This case makes it very difficult to seat the charger properly. I have to slide the corner of the case off of the Surface in order to get the charger to work. Other than that, it's OK.
