Bluetooth connected almost immediately. Also has HDMI and ARC which allows me to send audio to external devices. Great to have all of these connection options. Sound is very nice. Very crisp with excellent separation from low to high. Pretty surprising for a speaker in this price range. The bass is adequate but not overpowering. I find that intense bass in small speakers like this tends to just muddle the sound. None of that here. I will sacrifice super bass for a quality sound any day. This speaker just goes to show you that you don't need name brands or high prices for a great sound. I will be looking for more audio equipment from this "brand". The sound bar can be set up as one long bar or as two separate tall speakers. It can be plugged in via HDMI, AUX, optical or Bluetooth pairing. I've only tried the Bluetooth but that connects easily and works well and has pretty decent sound quality. It's plenty loud and I use it in a home gym. I loved this product for its versatility. I ordered the soundbar because I needed it for one of my rooms. I noticed it because of its description that it is able to be separated into 2 towers. What an wonderful concept. And it definitely delivered. Once I received it I separated the soundbar and was able to install it as 2 towers instead of just a single bar. This fit perfectly in the room I bought it for. It is a great addition for a small space but I am also able to move it into a larger space and set it as a 1 piece soundbar if I want. Really cool soundbar which can be kept vertical or horizontal. The two separate pieces connect into one soundbar or they can be used as two separate pieces which helps to better direct and control the sound. It also makes it easier to fit into an existing setup.

The Assistrust Sound Bar with the 5.0 Bluetooth speakers packs a punch as T.V. speakers however I ended up thinking outside the box and used them as computer speakers for my PC. I used the two stands and placed them up right near the monitor. They become cool looking mini tower speakers which could be used with a laptop to watch movies. Using these on my computer. Love the clear sound. Very powerful. It is pain to have to use a remote and have it sit around loose. Also it boots into Bluetooth mode always so I need to also press the AUX button every time I turn them on.
