Easy to assemble once I found a way to enlarge the print in the ridiculous tiny faded print in the two page manual. Longer then expected plus narrow. Padding is so so. I am 5 ft tall and it still seems narrow to me when doing DUMBBELL flys. The worse is doing hamstring curls, the foam is awful. I put a slim pillow so I have more cushion. The leg extension is fine but it will not take Olympic weights. Finding weights with a smaller hole is expensive so I just hang my kettle bells on it and am careful. With ham curls also careful. By the way this is NOT a leg press I see so many mention! Been a trainer and have worked out for over thirty years, stopped going to the gym so have my own but basically bought this for hamstring curls, which was a mistake but I can work around this. One thing I did like was the arm curl which surprised me since I have one on my personal gym. Really gives a great pump with minimal weight. All in all this is just ok. Since I bought this,Amazon has JUST a leg and ham curl machine which looks pretty heavy duty which I wish I had known about. Was going to send this back but too much of a hassle Oh forgot about the useless cables on the bottom which have absolutely no resistance. I have my own cables that I hooked up and threw the original ones away. UPDATE: Getting rid of this . The leg curl is not only impossible to use, it is not made for an adult. Don’t know who designed this but is so extremely uncomfortable I won’t use it anymore. The bench is ridiculously narrow. Don’t know how any man or woman could use this. All it is doing is taking up space. Even doing incline dumbell flys is not safe. Tried to make it work. Tried to make it work. It doesn’t. ... show more

You know, I've been going to gyms for many years so I can only say this one seems slightly reduced in size, as if perhaps it is really designed for smaller people, though I am not oversized (5' 11 1/2", 200 lb) It is not as high off the ground as a usual machine at the gym (knee extensions) and you have to put your knees over the foam bar so your feet don't touch the floor and also the bars are smaller than they need t be for me. I envisioned an upgrade kit or something they might offer. I like the hamstrings pull up lying on my stomach it feels so good in my lower back. though once again it seems a little smaller than I am used to. Also I have sciatica and the seat is very hard and kind of compresses my disk if I don't watch out. but honestly I still love it and I am using it every other day usually and it is giving me something to do that is constructive. I am able to do leg-ups by putting the adjustable part into decline, and I can also do decline press, then standard bench press with it horizontal, and then 45 degree angle curl, and also incline press, and then military press with the seat upright. Not the most stable bench in the world but it is great for the price. Its ability to fold in half is very convenient. Definitely worth buying
