This thing is awesome !!!!! I sit at a desk all day for my job 40 hours a week and sometimes more if there’s overtime. When I’m not at work I am on my phone a lot either apps or reading a book etc. I started noticing that I had a lot of neck pain and stiffness and that it felt like there was a hump at the back of my neck or starting to be one and I couldn’t really crack it or stretch it any way on my own to get relief. I was looking through a lot of products on Amazon and Google, Reading reviews and I decided on this product. I’m so glad I did! I don’t use it as often as I should just because I forget. But when I do it feels really great and if I do remember to use it more than one day in a row there’s a significant difference in my vertebrae in the neck/upper shoulder area and the hump is greatly diminished. I usually lay on it about 10 minutes because I have ADHD and it’s near impossible for me to sit still for that long without being able to Do something on my phone. But literally the day that it got delivered and the day after I laid on it and immediately noticed a big difference in my pain that I have been having for months and the alignment of the vertebrae in my neck! Definitely not a waste of money it is worth every penny, so if you have any kind of neck pain this is something you definitely need if you can’t afford to go to a chiropractor, it’s gentle it’s comfortable it really stretches your spine in that area and it feels awesome afterwards and it’s great for maintaining the alignment of your spine so nothing gets any worse and definitely I would say correct issues if used long-term.     • An incredible little pillow that makes a huge difference to fix your neck pain

After dealing with neck and shoulder pain for years due to sitting in front of the monitor all day, all week long. My pain only gets worse although I tried to do some exercise on my shoulder, and neck it's not that helpful. One day, I mentioned my pain to a friend over the phone and he mentioned this tiny neck massage pillow. Minutes later I'm on Amazon to do my research and found a few similar products some are on sale at a lower price (half the price of this item) but after I read the review I decided to give this item a try although I'm paying more but the item itself looks more promising for me. At first, I'm a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of this pillow but well what else do I have to lose, I can return if it doesn't work out. The item arrived a few days later, give it a try for about 10 - 15 mins. My pain is gone, my neck is completely relieved and my head is so relaxed. I just cannot believe it and again I tried it a few more days after a long day sitting in front of the screen. Max 10 mins each day makes a huge difference for me. I tell myself, if I cannot give myself 10 mins a day on this pillow then I don't deserve to go see a doctor, or chiropractor to fix this pain (which obviously will cost 100 times more) I will recommend this product to my friends and relatives who have the same issue as mine. If you are reading this you should also give it a try. I bought this item because I suffer from that office worker hump neck. It had gotten worse visually but also started to really hurt. I saw an item similar on FB ads, but went with this company because of the great reviews. This product does truly work. There is an instant sense of relief and with consistency, my neck did feel a lot better. I would need to use this for a while to remove the visual effect of my neck hump, but the pain relief is instant. It is a little awkward at first to lie on so that's why i gave it a 4 start for comfort, but that is because I am not used to it yet. I try to do it in the morning while listening to meditation music to distract myself. If you really want relief, get the pillow they make too! ... show more

    • Tried many treatments...this works as well or better than many.

I'm not an expert, but I have tried many different treatments, including the following: - Various (at least three) posture correctors that pull your shoulders back; - Two different types of neck braces to wear around the house; - An Upright GO that takes consistent commitment and does not actually provide active support; it's up to the individual to correct their own posture; - And seeing an upper cervical chiropractor that used the knee-chest technique to restore my atlas (C1) position and restore blood flow down my spine (expensive, but worked...unfortunately my DC moved away from my area); - A massage therapist specializing in sports injuries. While not a solution or substitute for visiting a professional, the neck stretcher definitely helped improve both my neck pain by providing relief and improved my posture, so far better than anything else I've tried as far as devices and outside of seeing a specialist. Seeing the UC chiropractor provided much relief for the first month of weekly sessions; after that, the improvements were minimal but the treatment remained cost-prohibitive. The key that I've found with the neck stretcher is to be consistent. I try to use it at the same time each day and set my apple watch for 15 minutes, and that seems to be a good system for me. I definitely feel less strain on my neck and feel taller, but I have to be consistent: if I miss it for a few days, then my neck pain and bad posture return. The one thing I'll add is that I don't know enough about the science and design of the product, but I am tall (6'4") and have a long neck; not quite giraffe-y, but pretty long for a human. I've read other reviews from shorter people and taller people, and I can't help but wonder if that a product like this wouldn't benefit from different sizes, not unlike C-collars that are used in accidents and trauma (I'm a firefighter and pretty used to sizing patients). Not meant to replace medical advice or treatment, but after trying many different products and seeing specialists, I have no problem saying this neck stretcher has brought me relief. ... show more
