Right after the return window closed I realized they were both leaking. These are terrible. I needed something to throw in a backpack so my kids would have water but these leaked out the top and and the bottom.

There’s no insulation, so the water would get cold in the winter. The cap is a bit hard to open. Otherwise, it’s a decent kids bottle. Bough it just for the Minecraft picture.

My preschooler had the other Zak cup that was a bit larger same Peppa them made out of hard plastic . One hard spill to the ground and the locking mechanism broke in two Mths of use . This one is just about 2-3 oz smaller and maybe 3 dollars more but so much more worth it . The metal keeps the drink hot or cold . The cup is stronger and it's more sanitary to keep clean . UPDATE: I just got a response from their customer service regarding another issue I’m having: All of the sweating and freezing cold metal (ice and water makes it COLD to hold) is because it’s not an insulated bottle and it was on me to make sure that it WAS insulated. *Sigh*. One more thing to become an expert on. Here’s the thing, I bought another one of their bottles that looks exactly the same (except the Minecraft art is a little different) and I didn’t think to see if there was a difference. They looked exactly the same on Amazon! So now the volume isn’t what it was supposed to be and I have to read through all of the fine print to determine if the two bottles I purchased are indeed insulated. Why not just make a high quality product instead of cheaping out on the metal production? All of us parents are trying our best with the craziness of the world, filtering through cheap products on Amazon and just trying to survive—help us out here!! I might be feeling a little spicey because my family member died yesterday. Customer service’s response, though. Ugh! ‘“Your fault! Make sure you do better next time.”’ It just got me. Paraphrasing, of course. :) It was important for the bottle I ordered to hold 27oz of water for my kid while at school and after school activities. Disappointed to receive it and it’s 19oz.
