I ordered the NY Rebel Gym Keg and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. It arrived quickly and has so far been absolutely leak proof as the description stated. My water stayed nice and cold to the last drop because of the neat neoprene sleeve which also adds the funky design. If I had to give one con for this product, I'd have to say I just wish I could put ice in my water without insane amounts of condensation -- I was kind of hoping the sleeve would help with that, but the sleeve is not leak/soak-proof. I picked this product over the hydra mate because it got such good reviews. But I don’t know if I twisted too hard or what. When I was refilling my water and twisted the lid I ogives that it was cracked. I only had this product for a week but it’s sturdiness is not good. -UPDATE!! I am really pleased with this company. This water bottle is really a good purchase. It is extremely durable, easy to clean, and easy to hold with either the handle or attached fabric carrying handle. It does not keep drinks cold for very long, however, so I would recommend adding extra ice to your drink.

I love my new Gym Keg! It helps me drink more water than the old water bottles I've had before. I'm also going to slam the negative reviews about it's durability. I've dropped mine a few times and it's still in tact. Have I mentioned it's also completely leak proof? I filled it with water and put it in my gym bag and no leaks! Only made it through 4 football practices before it cracked leaving my son without water for his entire practice session. Disappointed with the quality, it looked really cool and was just large enough to get him through a whole 2 hours practice while keeping the water cool.

Bought this for work and the first one arrived damaged. Looked like it had been smashed, possibly in route. It entire neck of the bottle was broken off, so I don't know how that reflects durability. That being said, I had a new one immediately shipped to me at no cost. That one has worked very well for me and I've had no issues. I do recommend a wash before use. The cossie is very well made and keeps the bottle insolated. I've had cold water stay cold for close to 2 hrs. Might last longer but I usually finish by then. If you take it off, the bottle does have measurements on the side, which is very helpful. It would be great if it had it where you could easily see it, rather then take the whole cover off. Also, the bottles does obnoxiously whistle when you drink from it. This can be avoided if you use a large straw (bendy silicone works best for closing the bottle) or basically poor the water into your mouth rather then seal your lips around the mouth peice. Otherwise, it definitely sounds like one of those fake bird whistles. You will get looked at. ... show more
