The media could not be loaded. I love this water bottle. I use it to keep cold water with me (I'm working on increasing my water intake) and this keeps it cold for a long time. Ice even lasts a long time in it. I haven't used it for keeping hot liquids but I have no doubt it would be excellent for that also. I accidentally dropped it once but it was undamaged. It's a wonderful product. Especially for the more modest price. These water bottles can be quite spendy. I was hesitant but definitely happy with my purchase!!! 10 out of 10 ☺️ 11.24.2024 Update: I still like the product overall but I have discovered one little thing that happens which irritates me. If you tilt it/turn it upside down there will been liquid that leaks when you open the cap (no matter how tight you screw it closed. And if it's a little less than tightly closed it will definitely leak!!!! I used this for trip to Disneyland in Florida, it really kept my water cold and no condencesion on the outside of the bottle. Fit inside my Loungefly back pack if place at a slight angle.

Nice design of the water bottle, but the spout lid is NOT 100% leakproof. Water leaks from the spout lid when the bottle is tilted on the side or flipped upside down. The package was already tossed, so I can’t get a refund.
