My dog loves these chews and thinks they are rewards/treats. She looks forward to her morning treat. The scratching/biting is considerably less. We are on our 3rd jar. I have a small short hair terrier and for the life of me I couldn't understand why she was losing her hair. But try and understand and read further about their digestive system and probiotics and more nourishment that they need. I decided to go with this product and I do know that she did have allergies didn't take but 3 weeks of a turnaround as far as the product it did what it said it would do.
